Przestrzenne zróżnicowanie kosztów funkcjonowania domów pomocy społecznej w Polsce w 2016 roku

Celem artykułu było wykazanie zróżnicowania poziomu kosztów utrzymania mieszkańca w domach pomocy społecznej (DPS) w Polsce w 2016 r. Wartość współczynnika zmienności (12,9%) potwierdziła, że DPS w Polsce różnią się ze względu na poziom kosztów utrzymania ich mieszkańców. Dalsza analiza dotyczyła korelacji pomiędzy kosztami w DPS i zmiennymi opisującymi poziom rozwoju gospodarczego danego regionu. Uzyskane wyniki pozwoliły na stwierdzenie, że wyższemu poziomowi PKB odpowiadały wyższe koszty w DPS. Zestawienie kosztów utrzymania w DPS z poziomem przeciętnych emerytur w poszczególnych województwach wykazało, że osoby starsze nie są w stanie pokryć nawet połowy kosztów pobytu. Oznacza to, że o…

Gminy jako najmniejsze jednostki samorządu terytorialnego w Polsce są odpowiedzialne za działania z zakresu pomocy społecznej. Rosnąca liczba osób starszych może wpływać na poziom wydatków związanych z zapewnieniem im opieki, w tym również tej całodobowej, świadczonej przez domy pomocy społecznej (DPS‑y). Niniejszy artykuł dotyczy analizy sytuacji na rynku usług opiekuńczych świadczonych przez jednostki samorządu terytorialnego (JST), a szczególnie finansowych konsekwencji starzenia się społeczeństwa, które przejawiają się m.in. w rosnących wydatkach gmin na opłatę pobytu mieszkańców w domach pomocy społecznej (DPS). An optimal local active noise control method based on stochastic finite element models

A new method is presented to obtain a local active noise control that is optimal in stochastic environment. The method uses numerical acoustical modeling that is performed in the frequency domain by using a sequence of finite element discretizations of the Helmholtz equation. The stochasticity of domain geometry and primary noise source is considered. Reference signals from an array of microphones are mapped to secondary loudspeakers, by an off-line optimized linear mapping. Non-structural measures for flood risk mitigation are often more economically accessible, easier to implement, and are highly effective, especially in view of the pursuit of risk resilience objectives. Among the non-structural measures, more importance is increasingly being attributed to flood proofing interventions. There are two main types of flood proofing: dry proofing and wet proofing. The FLO Diffusive 1D-2D Model for Simulation of River Flooding

An integrated 1D-2D model for the solution of the diffusive approximation of the shallow water equations, named FLO, is proposed in the present paper. Governing equations are solved using the MArching in Space and Time (MAST) approach. The 2D floodplain domain is discretized using a triangular mesh, and standard river sections are used for modeling 1D flow inside the section width occurring with low or standard discharges. 1D elements, inside the 1D domain, are quadrilaterals bounded by the trace of two consecutive sections and by the sides connecting their extreme points. La presente investigación profundiza sobre la diversidad de los culícidos existentes en el municipio de Jarabacoa, a fin de actualizar la información sobre estos dípteros y sus principales sitios de cría, naturales y artificiales. Para tal cometido, se procedió a la búsqueda activa de formas preimaginales mediante la técnica del dipper; se utilizaron pipetas plásticas para muestrear en reservorios de pequeño tamaño. Adverbial expressions within the legal domain: from medieval fueros to their consolidation in language

Given the importance of legal language in the study of historical phraseological, it is here analyzed the presence, use and evolution of adverbial phrases in some outstanding medieval fueros, and also how a good number of adverbial expressions have transcended and developed from legal language to other contexts, owed to —at least in some cases— a clear colloquial origin (a sabiendas, por bien...). This characteristic joins many others, such as the creation of complex syntagmas derived from the union of simple expressions: de cabo a rabo, a diestro y a sinestro, a tuerto o a derecho, etc. It is therefore interesting to study the individual, particular history of each adverbial phrase found, …
