In the current study we investigated the relationship between ethnic prejudice and resilience and the perception of inclusion of immigrant students among primary and middle school teachers in two different countries (Italy and Spain). Participants were 315 teachers: 75 Catalan women, 25 Catalan men, 202 Italian women, and 13 Italian men. Participants completed the Classical and Modern Racial Prejudice Scale, the Resilience Process Questionnaire, and an ad hoc questionnaire evaluating teachers’ perceptions about immigrant students and their inclusive education process. Acquiring the language spoken in the host country is crucial for social inclusion of migrants. From this perspective, illiteracy represents a social problem since it has repercussions on second-language acquisition/learning process. In order to investigate the role of illiteracy in L2 Italian acquisition, the paper aims at analyzing the oral productions of L2 Italian learners with equal L1 but a different level of education, i.e., low educated vs. non-educated. L’articolo riporta i risultati di un’indagine sul terzo anno di tirocinio nel corso di laurea magistrale (LM 85-bis) in Scienze della Formazione Primaria dell’Università degli Studi di Palermo nell’anno accademico 2019-2020. È stato chiesto ai 269 studenti, che avevano svolto nei mesi precedenti 50 ore di tirocinio in classe, di descrivere le loro progettazion didattiche seguendo una guida, appositamente costruita, che li aiutasse anche a svolgere una riflessione metacognitiva sulla didattica personalizzata; inoltre la capacità decisionale degli studenti, valutata con il test QTD, è stata messa in relazione con la loro capacità di progettare in una scuola inclusiva.
