Na terenie województwa opolskiego występują mniejszości narodowe i grupy etniczne, dla których organizowane jest kształcenie umożliwiające podtrzymywanie tożsamości narodowej, etnicznej i językowej. Od 1991 r. w szkołach, a od 2001 r. w przedszkolach zauważa się wzrost zainteresowania nauczaniem języka niemieckiego jako języka mniejszości narodowej. W przedszkolach występuje dynamika rozwoju placówek oferujących ten rodzaj edukacji, a także wzrost liczby dzieci korzystających tej oferty.

Treść artykułu dotyczy problematyki regulacji przestępstwa obcowania płciowego z małoletnim z art. 200 § 1 Kodeksu karnego. W tym zakresie stwierdzono pewną niepełność w aktualnej regulacji, identyfikując ją oraz podając rozwiązanie w postaci propozycji, tj. znowelizowania art. 200 k.k. przez dodanie do niego § 2, który opisywałby to przestępstwo w ramach quasi-typu uprzywilejowanego jako wypadek mniejszej wagi. AbstractInformation and communication technology (ICT) may represent a source of benefits for retailers. However, there is a debate in the literature on how ICT influences customer-supplier relationships. In addition, the evidence on the effect of age on consumer attitudes towards retail technological solutions is not conclusive. This paper proposes and tests a model to analyze the influence of retail ICT on consumer loyalty towards the retailer, as well as to assess the moderating role of consumer age on this relationship.
