Mitohondriji ir šūnu enerģijas spēkstacijas, kas oksidatīvās fosforilācijas rezultātā ražo organismam nepieciešamo enerģiju. Išemizēti apstākļi smadzenēs, it īpaši pēc cerebrāla infarkta, var radīt mitohondriju funkcionēšanas traucējumus. Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt vidējās cerebrālās artērijas oklūzijas radīto ilgtermiņa ietekmi uz mitohondriālo elpošanu peļu CNS smadzeņu audu struktūrās. Iegūtie maģistra darba rezultāti liecina, ka cerebrāls infarkts pēc diviem, trijiem un četriem mēnešiem būtiski samazina mitohondriju skābekļa patēriņu abās smadzeņu garozas puslodēs un hipokampa struktūrā. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt jaunu, ar Covid-19 pandēmiju saistītu, šķirkļa vārdu iekļaušanu tiešsaistes angļu valodas vārdnīcās, kā arī noteikt un analizēt to veidus, vārdu šķiras, stilistisko raksturojumu, nozīmi un pielietotos vārddarināšanas paņēmienus. Mērķa sasniegšanai ir veikts literatūras pārskats, kā arī, empīriskajā daļā, tiek izmantotas gan kvalitatīvās, gan kvantitatīvās pētījumu metodes. Ileus is common after colorectal surgery and is associated with an increased risk of postoperative complications. Identifying features of normal bowel recovery and the appropriateness for hospital discharge is challenging. This study explored the safety of hospital discharge before the return of bowel function.A prospective, multicentre cohort study was undertaken across an international collaborative network.
