The corruption of leadership degenerates into a pseudo-leadership which benefits from the principle of hierarchy that exists in all organizations. This article intends to put light on some of the rationalization mechanisms of the boring and of the scholar disobedience presents at the modern psicopedagogical rationality. We carry on with this task spacing us out from a double position: the one that pathologies what challenge someone or defer from the established identities, and the one that turns violence into a simple phenomena of technical management and of production of expert wisdom. In order to rethink both scholar policy and psicopedagogical practices we will go deep on two phenomena by treating them as problematics. The aim of this research is to study the existing relationships between “social criticism” and “normativity”. It has been inside the tradition known as Critical Theory of Society of the Frankfurt School, and especially from the “linguistic turn” operated by Jürgen Habermas, where these relationships has been analyzed with greater depth. Critical Theory operates with the theoretical instrument called “immanent critique”: the critique of society reconstructs, from within its own social reality whose structures it wants to criticize, the normative aspirations on which it is based. This article demonstrates through professional practice the necessary links that must exist between social work intervention and the state-subsidized housing assigned for the underprivileged population. To demonstrate this link, the results of good practices executed (mainly those in which a community vision with specific interventions have been incorporated) are shown from the historical perspective. To conclude, viable proposals are given from the local point of view.
