Native of the province of Rovigo, in the region of Veneto, aself-taught person, he was first a poor emigrant to the USA who became a journalist and combatant at the end of the century, hired by the most important newspapers; then, he was an itinerant inspector at the Commissariato Generale dell'Emigrazione (1902) and, finally, he was a diplomat in the Americas (from 1908) charged with duties in the Ministero italiano degli Esteri. She has published six books of poems (one translated into Spanish, and two into English) and seven of prose narrative. How Italian dialect poets translate themselves and how they translate other poets

Part one of this essay discusses the way most contemporary Italian dialect poets translate themselves into Italian. Part two of the essay examines examples of poetry translation into dialect made by some of the same contemporary authors. A comparison between the style of the self-translations, which is mainly lyrical, and the variety of styles of the translations from other poets, shows that each choice is an intentional strategy rather than a missed opportunity for a more creative self-translation, as some scholars have argued.

Il cosiddetto movimento del ’77, già negli anni della sua emersione ricondotto alle esperienze delle avanguardie artistiche del primo Novecento, riconfigurò i dispositivi di produzione-fruizione della cultura producendo un capovolgimento – orientato verso l’autorappresentazione politica dell’emergente proletariato giovanile – delle tradizionali categorie e mediazioni sociali ancora agenti nella società fordista.

La tesi tratterà la questione attinente la produzione architettonica attuale in legno che è stata ed è tutt’oggi oggetto di continui approfondimenti teorici. Le prime pubblicazioni sul tema le ritroviamo nella rivista di architettura Casabella già nell’anno 2000 a firma di Alberto Ferlenga e successivamente da Marco Biagi. Tutti e due gli autori riaffronteranno il problema nel 2009, nel 2013 e nel 2016 cercando di dare una risposta alle questioni insite nella produzione contemporanea di architetture in legno in cui nella maggior parte dei casi si ritrova un generale scollamento tra industria delle costruzioni e progettazione architettonica.
