RESUMEN En este trabajo trato de clarificar los procesos que están implicados en la comercialización de Internet y las alternativas. Lo divido en dos secciones. En la primera me ocupo del análisis crítico de Vincent Mosco sobre economía política de la comunicación y lo conecto con las principales teorías de la justicia neocontractualistas. De esta forma, obtendré una comprensión crítica del contexto y su complejidad.
