The starting point for the research has been the idea that society is divided into three relatively distinct areas of activity, i.e. separate sectors: the public sector, the market sector and the third sector. „Sporta turnīru sistēma”ir publiska tiešsaistes sistēma, kas sniedz iespēju turnīru organizatoriem izveidot un pārvaldīt sporta turnīrus. Sporta turnīriem iespējams pievienot jaunumus, dalībniekus, grupas, izslēgšanas spēļu kokus un notikumus. Šī sistēma no citām līdzīga veida sistēmām atšķiras ar to, ka šī sistēma piedāvā tiešraides notikumu veidošanu. Projekts izstrādāts pēc spējās izstrādes metodes un tā izstrādes procesā izmantots programmēšanas valodas PHP ietvars Laravel 5.0, MySQL datubāzu pārvaldības sistēma un NodeJS Javascript serveris.
Synthesis of oxazolidinones from N-aryl-carbamate and epichlorohydrin under mild conditions

The reaction conditions for an enantiospecific synthesis of various N-aryl-oxazolidinones from N-aryl-carbamates and (R) or (S) epichlorohydrin were optimized. The N-aryl-oxazolidinones were applied to the synthesis of compounds of biological interest such as DuP 721, toloxatone and a linezolid analogue.
Extramedullary hematopoiesis within endothelial papillary hyperplasia (Masson?s pseudoangiosarcoma) of the tongue

We report the unique association of Masson?s pseudoangiosarcoma (endothelial papillary hyperplasia) and extramedullary hematopoiesis. The lesion was present as a violaceous nodule on the side of the tongue of a 78-year-old man with history of multiple myeloma and long-standing mild anemia. This association between a peculiar form of thrombus organization and extramedullary hematopoiesis has been reported previously only once, in an infant with a cranial hematoma, and raises interesting pathogenetic questions.
Configurational theory in traditional manufacturing industries: a new model of high-performing small and medium-sized enterprises

The goal of this study is to provide a model of high-performing small and medium-sized companies to address the new environmental challenges in traditional manufacturing industries. Adopting a configurational logic and following an inductive approach based on four high-performing firms, this paper provides new empirical evidence on how the steps followed by these firms are adjusted to the high-performance models prescribed by the literature. In doing so, it also offers a dynamic view of the interrelationships between the strategy and the new conditions of the environment. Il saggio analizza il tema del controllo penale delle di droghe leggere, con particolare riferimento al contesto geografico del bacino del Mediterraneo. Combinando i risultati della ricerca criminologica con quelli l'analisi dei sistemi normativi di Italia, Spagna, Portogallo, Grecia e Germania, lo studio prende in considerazione pregi e difetti dei modelli normativi "antiproibizionisti" sia alla stregua degli argomenti di principio che possono essere richiamati a sostegno o contro la prospettiva di legalizzazione della cannabis e delle altre droghe leggere, sia con riguardo agli effetti che l'adozione di tali modelli potrebbe generare sul versante del contrasto al crimine organizzato.
Effects of mild aerobic exercise training on the diaphragm in mdx mice

Mild endurance exercise training positively affects limb skeletal muscle in the mdx mice model of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). However, few and controversial data are available on the effects of mild exercise training on the diaphragm of mdx mice. The diaphragm was examined in mdx and wild type mice either under sedentary conditions (mdx-SD, WT-SD) or during mild exercise training (mdx-EX, WT-EX). At baseline and after 30 and 45 days of training (5 d/wk for 6 weeks), diaphragm muscle morphology and Cx39 protein were assessed.
