Reaktywacje pasażerskich linii kolejowych w Polsce w latach 2000–2020

Badanie dotyczyło procesów reaktywacji pasażerskiego regionalnego ruchu kolejowego w Polsce w latach 2000– 2020. Po przeprowadzonej przed 2000 r. redukcji sieci kolejowej zidentyfikowana została faza renesansu przewozów pasażerskich. W badanym okresie odtworzono przewozy na 63 odcinkach linii. Łączna długość reaktywowanych tras wynosiła 1992 km, z tego odcinki zelektryfikowane objęły 549 km sieci. Największe obszary koncentracji działań reaktywacyjnych zidentyfikowano w południowo-wschodniej oraz północnej Polsce. Na większości tras średnia prędkość wynosiła 65 km/h. COVID-19 jako przesłanka wzmocnienia zrównoważonej mobilności

Pandemia COVID-19 spowodowała ogromne zmiany w funkcjonowaniu społeczeństw i gospodarek,w tym ograniczenia w korzystaniu z komunikacji publicznej. W efekcie zmalała liczba pasażerów i pomimo luzowania obostrzeń, trudno skłonić mieszkańców do powrotu do tej formy przemieszczania się. Dlatego istotne wydaje się zastanowienie się nad tym, w jaki sposób pandemia wpłynęła na wzorce zachowań komunikacyjnych, a przede wszystkim w jakim stopniu rozwiązania inteligentne mogą wspierać zrównoważoną mobilność po pandemii. W artykule dokonano przeglądu literatury z zakresu planowania transportu publicznego oraz zidentyfikowano narzędzia mobilności inteligentnej, które mogą skłonić do korzystania z niego.
Unlawful Aid and Public Undertakings: Vertical Direct Effect of Article 108(3), third sentence TFEU

This paper addresses the position of public undertakings that may appear in a State aid law-related context in their capacity of intermediaries or grantors of aid vis-à-vis Article 108(3), third sentence, TFEU, to check whether the standstill obligation directly applies to public undertakings where they act to grant or disburse State aid. Public undertakings must refrain from granting aid in breach of the standstill obligation, as addressees of the standstill obligation. Where a public undertaking fails to apply Article 108(3) TFEU, it opens itself to claims based on Union law, including claims for damages. Union law is stated as it stood on 20 June 2021.

A partir del estudio de biografías, compendios históricos y artículos periodísticos principalmente, tratan de delimitarse los factores que confluyen en su construcción, la versatilidad de su funcionalidad política y las constantes modificaciones producidas en sus usos públicos. First World War Diaries: Making the Private Public

This article analyses several World War I Diaries written by soldiers on the Front. Starting with the circumstances of publication and their effects on the text, the article addresses the passage of these very private texts into public life, before turning to the role played by the diaries for the soldiers who write them. Studies of the diary as a genre are used to show how war diaries fit into the more general genre. Finally the article turns to the reception of these works, by studying what part literary distance may play for the soldiers keeping a diary, and by arguing that the task of making sense of these texts has been transferred to present-day readers.

Pastāv ierobežots apjoms ar pētījumiem par Latvijas Republikas publiskā sektora grāmatvedības uzskaiti. Pētījuma mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz Latvijas Republikas publiskā sektora grāmatvedības uzskaites prasību analīzi, novērtēt Starptautisko publiskā sektora grāmatvedības standartu prasību ieviešanu Latvijas publiskā sektora grāmatvedībā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus Starptautisko publiskā sektora grāmatvedības standartu prasību turpmākai ieviešanai.
