Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīta krāpniecību apzīmējošo terminu izcelsme angļu valodā. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt ar krāpniecību saistīto terminu veidošanos un izcelsmi, lai atklātu vispārīgās tendences juridiskās terminoloģijas attīstībā. Darbā izmantotās pētniecības metodes iekļauj valodas pārmaiņu, juridiskās angļu valodas attīstības vēstures, krāpniecības vēstures un veidu izpēti, kā arī izvēlēto terminu analīzi pielietojot kvantitatīvo un kvalitatīvo metožu apvienojumu. Szerokie zagadnienie mowy i mówienia w Biblii zostało przedstawione przede wszystkim na dwóch płaszczyznach: historycznej i antropologicznej. W pierwszym przypadku chodziło o prześledzenie semantycznego rozwoju hebrajskich oraz greckich określeń związanych z szeroko rozumianym procesem komunikacyjnym, w drugim zaś o ukazanie zjawiska mowy z antropologicznego punktu widzenia. Całość obrazu dopełnia odnotowanie zjawiska lingwistycznego opisanego przez autorów tekstów biblijnych. W pojemnym znaczeniowo pojęciu hebrajskiego „qól" zostało ukazane cale spektrum semantyczne, rozciągające się od rzeczownika „dźwięk" do rzeczownika „głos". Oprócz leksyki języka fachowego, składnia jest jednym z czynników najbardziej odróżniających go od tekstów tzw. języka ogólnego. Duże nasycenie terminologią, użycie wyrażeń nominalnych i inne charakterystyczne dla języka fachowego cechy sprawiają, że jest odbierany jako bardziej konkretny, precyzyjny i ekonomiczny. W rozdziale podjęto próbę kompaktowej prezentacji specyfiki składni niemieckojęzycznych tekstów fachowych i najważniejszych tendencji w niej obserwowanych.
