Kunnilla on laissa säädetty velvollisuus antaa huoltajille tietoa erilaisista varhaiskasvatuksen vaihtoeh- doista. Tätä tiedottamista kutsutaan palveluohjaukseksi. Tässä artikkelissa tarkastellaan huoltajan ja kunnan palveluohjauksen työntekijän välisiä puhelinkeskusteluja. Palveluohjauskeskusteluja tutkitaan institutionaalisen vuorovaikutuksen näkökulmasta. The present article examines collaborative writing in organizational consulting and training, where writing takes place as part of a group discussion assignment and is carried out by using digital writing technologies. In the training, the groups use digital tablets as their writing device in order to document their answers in the shared digital platform. After experiencing premature birth, fragile infants have to spend weeks and even months on the ward because of their medical needs. This can be stressful both for parents and infants and increase the risk of early interaction problems and difficulty in bonding. In this qualitative study I was interested to find out what kinds of experiences parents had with parental singing during kangaroo care. Kotona asumista korostavan hoivapolitiikan seurauksena on paljon iäkkäitä henkilöitä, jotka eivät pääse ulos kodistaan ilman apua. Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan huonokuntoisten iäkkäiden ihmisten ja eläkeikäisten vapaaehtoistyöntekijöiden kokemuksia keskinäisestä kanssakäymisestään vapaaehtoistyöhön perustuvalla toimintajaksolla. This paper examines player-to-player interaction in Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft (Blizzard Entertainment, 2004). The game designers have attempted to limit what they see as negative interaction by forcibly limiting player-to-player social interaction. Based on an analysis of forum discussions, this empirical study illustrates how players utilize Hearthstone's restricted communication affordances for negative and insulting purposes, and how players negotiate their shared symbolic reality concerning this type of interaction, labeled "Bad Manner(s)" or "BM". Tämä pro gradu -tutkielma tarkentaa käsitteellisesti enaktivistista teoriaa sosiaalisesta kognitiosta ja sosiaalisesta vuorovaikutuksesta. Tutkielman fokuksessa on tapa, jolla enaktivistit käyttävät vuorovaikutusteoriassaan sosiaalisen kognition konstituution käsitettä ja kuvaavat yksilö- ja vuorovaikutustasojen välistä dynamiikkaa. Näihin enaktivistisen vuorovaikutustutkimuksen osa-alueisiin liittyy nykyisellään käsitteellisiä epäselvyyksiä, joihin on kohdistettu runsaasti kritiikkiä.
