Artykuł prezentuje ocenę jakości informacji w wybranych polskich katalogach stron WWW. W pierwszej części artykułu zaprezentowano charakterystykę, klasyfikację i ranking popularności katalogów stron. Następnie przedstawiono metodykę badania oceny jakości informacji w katalogach stron WWW. Do pomiaru jakości informacji zaproponowano kwestionariusz ankietowy. W drugiej części artykułu przedstawiono wyniki ewaluacji jakości informacji w wybranych katalogach stron WWW. Należy podkreślić, że wyniki badań są ograniczone ze względu na niewielką reprezentatywność próby. Artykuł kończy podsumowanie zawierające wnioski oraz wskazówki dotyczące dalszych kierunków badań.

Fatty acid composition as biomarkers of freshwater microalgae: analysis of 37 strains of microalgae in 22 genera and in seven classes

The fatty acid (FA) composition of algae is an important determinant of their food quality for consumers, and FAs can also be used as biomarkers for biochemical and energetic pathways in food webs. FA analyses of 7 freshwater algal classes and 37 strains showed clear similarity within classes and strong differences amongst classes. Class was a dominant factor (66.4%) explaining variation in FA signatures of microalgae. The 7 algal classes comprised 4 separate groups according to their FA profiles: (1) Chlorophyceae and Trebouxiophyceae, (2) Bacillariophyceae, (3) Cryptophyceae, Chrysophyceae, and Raphidophyceae, and (4) Euglenophyceae. International audience; Context-aware mobile learning is becoming important because of the dynamic and continually changing learning settings in learner's mobile environment, giving rise to many different learning contexts that are difficult to apprehend. To provide personalization of learning content, we aim to develop a recommender system based on semantic modeling of learning contents and learning context. This modeling is complemented by a behavioral part made up of rules and metaheuristics used to optimize the combination of pieces of learning contents according to learner's context. All these elements form a new approach to mobile learning.

Prioritization of Alternatives with AHP Plus Response Latency and Web Surveys

Purpose: Overcome some drawbacks of the widely applied Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) related to the use of a rating scale for respondent’s judgments and propose a new method to prioritize alternatives based on web surveys. Methodology/Approach: We use the response latency, i.e. the time taken to make a decision, to replace the rating scale in the pairwise comparisons which is a fundamental part of the AHP procedure. A method combining the AHP with a mathematical model for the response latency is proposed in the paper.
