The article deals with the issue of developing the entrepreneurial attitude among children placed in foster care. The subject is discussed in the context of the principle of subsidiarity, especially in the social aspect. Initially, the author presents the characteristics of family and institutionalfoster care. Then, she describes the essence of the subsidiarity principle in social terms. What follows is an outline of the problem of entrepreneurial attitudes among young people. In April 2010 a group of EU Member States proposed a Directive on the European Investigation Order, an instrument which, if adopted, will significantly change the way in which evidence is gathered at the EU level. After the failure of the EEW, which focused on the exchange of evidence which had already been gathered, the objective of the new text is to create a single instrument for obtaining all kinds of evidence located in another Member State. The aim of this paper is to examine, within the current framework, the suitability of this new instrument, with particular reference to its impact on the rights of defendants.

Due to the new technological advancements and the adoption of Industry 4.0 concepts, the manufacturing industry is now, more than ever, in a continuous transformation. This work analyzes the possibility of using dynamic Bayesian networks to predict the next assembly steps within an assembly assistance training system. The goal is to develop a support system to assist the human workers in their manufacturing activities. The evaluations were performed on a dataset collected from an experiment involving students. Erectile dysfunction, ejaculatory dysfunction and poor semen quality are the main causes of infertility in men with spinal cord injury (SCI). Different sperm retrieval techniques such as penile vibratory stimulation (PVS), electro-ejaculation (EEJ) or surgical sperm retrieval (SSR) associated or not with sperm cryopreservation can be offered to these patients to preserve their fertility. If fatherhood cannot be achieved naturally, assisted reproductive techniques can be offered to these patients using either fresh or frozen/thawed sperm. Clinical processes are often performed by the cooperation of different healthcare organization. But even that for modeling of such processes the object Petri nets can be used, they often lack of intuitive comprehensibility. This contribution presents an interpretation of object Petri nets which assigns abstract net elements to real objects of the healthcare domain. By doing this it helps domain user to apply this Petri net type to the modeling of clinical processes. The application of this approach is demonstrated.
