Conocer la relación entre el nivel de independencia de un grupo de ancianos crónicos-pluripatológicos y paliativos (ACP-P) y la sobrecarga de sus cuidadores, tras un programa de entrenamiento multicomponente adaptado al ámbito domiciliario. Diseño mixto, cuantitativo y cuasiexperimental, con medidas repetidas en el factor Entrenamiento, y dos factores de agrupación: edad (70-79 y ≥80 años) y nivel de deambulación del ACP-P (anda/no anda). Käsillä oleva tutkielma on tulos mielenkiinnosta postmodernistiseksi kutsuttua kirjallisuuden suuntausta kohtaan. Viimeisen viidenkymmenen vuoden ajan esillä ollutta kokeellista kirjallisuutta on yleisessä diskurssissa määritelty ennen kaikkea sotaisin metaforin. Cognitive impairment after a stroke has a direct impact on patients’ disability. In particular, impairment of Executive Functions (EFs) interferes with re-adaptation to daily life. The aim of this study was to explore whether adding a computer-based training on EFs to an ordinary rehabilitation program, regardless of the specific brain damage and clinical impairment (motor, language, or cognitive), could improve rehabilitation outcomes in patients with stroke. Puran interiööriä semioottisesta näkökulmasta Roland Barthesin esittämien kuvan retoriikan analyysin vaiheiden avulla, nostaen kuvista esille ideologioita.
