[EN] In the face of the social crisis of intimacy for the extimacy, in neurosciences, and its reduction to privacy in legal field, this article explains the orteguian idea of the intimacy highlighting its bodily character. This notion of intimacy, rooted in body, discovers the sentimental aspect of reality (lyricism), and also overcomes thingism and subjectivism through the analysis of the mechanism of metaphor and the capacity of entering yourself. Reality of intimacy is conceived as enforceability (executive reality), and represents an alternative to idealism, objetivism of conscience and psychological introspection.
Impact of the Agent’s Environment on Discretion in the Field of EU Conflict Resolution

Employing an agent–principal perspective on EU conflict resolution and focusing on the politics of discretion, we argue that the context in which the agent acts affects the principal–agent relation. Our conceptualization draws on the agent’s actions as a source of discretion, which can be either an unintentional product of the characteristics of the external environment in which the agent performs (structure-induced discretion) or a product of intentionally pursued agent action (interest-induced discretion). A buyer's observation that one or more people are consuming a product can lead that buyer to consume the product as well. The evidence supporting unconscious and unintentional (automatic) mimicry of consumption suggests that it is a pervasive and robust phenomenon. However, up until now most findings on the antecedents of mimicry have been obtained from lab studies. Using a field study, the current research shows that passengers in a train mimic the consumption behavior of other passengers. The field of workplace learning lacks empirical studies that view workplace practices as places for learning and see these practices in a critical light. This article focuses on political and everyday interplay and integration between city and hinterland, investigating borders and boundaries in such interplay. Five Norwegian city-regions served as the empirical basis for analysing two empirical fields.
