Ņemot vērā tiesas izdevumu apmēra aktualitātes nemainīgumu, darba mērķis ir izvērtēt, vai šobrīd Latvijā pastāvošais tiesas izdevumu regulējums nesamērīgi neierobežo personu tiesības uz taisnīgu tiesu. Tādējādi darba uzdevums ir sākotnēji izpētīt tiesas izdevumu veidus, identificējot ar tām saistītās problēmas. Īpaši izceļot valsts nodevu regulējumu un aplūkojot tādus aspektus kā nepareizu pieauguma jēdziena interpretāciju un pirmās instances tiesas tiesneša pārlieku lielo rīcības brīvību valsts nodevas apmēra noteikšanā. The aim of the project was to research the social functioning of labour migrants in the culture of the host country. We were interested in showing the relationship between the time-frame of migration and the dimensions of socio-cultural adaptation. The study was conducted on a N=105 sample of Poles working abroad. A link to an online questionnaire was sent to those who had worked abroad during the study. The subjects were Poles who migrated to various countries in Western Europe. Purpose: To study the association of parents’ reports about their children’s near work and outdoor habits with myopia in their children. Methods: Data from a questionnaire study conducted in 1983 among Finnish schoolchildren were reanalyzed. Vision screening had been performed for all the schoolchildren (n = 4961) in the 1st, 5th, and 8th grades (7-, 11-, and 15-year-olds) in an area of Central Finland. The «Vita Barbati» and the «Passio Sanctorum Septem Dormientium» are two hagiographical texts of the Early Middle Ages. Particularly, the «Passio Sanctorum Septem Dormientium» tells a story who had a great circulation through the Middle Ages, from Gregory of Tours to Paul the Deacon and Jacob of Varagine. In this paper the Author can attempt to explain the literary qualities of these two texts (tipology, style, language, "descriptiones personarum", use of the "cursus" and rhetoric topics), trying to demonstrate how hagiographical texts too have often a literary interest, together with its historic and religious significance.
