Le lieu-dit Le Castelet à Grenade (Haute-Garonne) est situé à égale distance (1,5 km) du confluent Hers-Girou vers l’est et d’un méandre de la Garonne vers le nord-ouest. Un projet de carrière de la Société Midi-Pyrénées Granulats a permis de retrouver dans ce lieu les traces de plusieurs occupations humaines, échelonnées pour l’essentiel entre le Néolithique moyen et de la fin de l’âge du Bronze. On shape differentiation of discretized electric field integral equation

Abstract This work presents shape derivatives of the system matrix representing electric field integral equation discretized with Raviart–Thomas basis functions. The arising integrals are easy to compute with similar methods as the entries of the original system matrix. The results are compared to derivatives computed with automatic differentiation technique and finite differences, and are found to be in an excellent agreement. Furthermore, the derived formulas are employed to analyze shape sensitivity of the input impedance of a planar inverted F-antenna, and the results are compared to those obtained using a finite difference approximation.

Abstract The majority of countries with advanced information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure have been experiencing extended stagnation due to an “embedded” trap in ICT advancement. However, certain countries have been able to sustain a high level of ICT- driven global competitiveness. This suggests that in these contexts there is resilience beyond economic value. The motivation behind our research was the rapid growth and business wins of world-class Finnish game companies, like Supercell, as well as the success of other game companies in Finland.
