Tutkielmassa tarkastellaan taideteoksen roolia suomalaisessa yhteisötaiteessa saksalaisen kriittisen koulukunnan näkökulmasta. Yhteisötaide on 1990-luvulta alkaen vahvistunut taidemuoto, jossa taiteilija työskentelee yhdessä tietyn ihmisryhmän kanssa. Ensimmäisiä yhteisötaideprojekteja Suomessa toteutettiin 1970-luvulla lähiöissä. 2000-luvulla yhteisötaiteessa on alettu käyttää ilmaisumuotona valokuvaa. The purpose of the study is to explore physical education (PE) students’ social and emotional learning (SEL) and the meaningful learning experiences during the SEL course. In the teaching profession, understanding SEL is important because the guidance of learning and group dynamics is essentially an interactive social process. Further, previous research shows that focusing on socioemotional skills promotes students’ academic achievement. Teachers’ SEL skills can be developed by training. This study examined teachers’ occupational well-being by identifying profiles based on teachers’ self-ratings of work engagement as well as work-related effort and reward. It also did so by examining whether the identified subgroups differed with respect to teachers’ self-reported occupational stress and emotional exhaustion as well as with respect to work-related resources such as the individual resource of work meaningfulness and the leader-level resource of the leader–follower relationship.
