Desde la transición política y con la firma de la constitución española de 1978 se han ido perpetrando ciertos problemas estructurales que han dificultado la representatividad de los ciudadanos así como la confianza en el agente que ha de representarles; de modo que la soberania popular se ha visto secuestrada por la burocracia de partidos que ha pasado a dictar la voluntad del pueblo. En esta investigación se lleva a cabo un repaso de los múltiples escollos que nuestra Carta Magna consagra, y se realiza un análisis de la coherencia interna respecto a la propia Constitución y los valores que en ella se promulgan.

This study concerns the legal situation of a receivable secured by a registered pledge in a debtor’s sanation (restructuring) proceedings. The registered pledgee has a special position in the course of such proceedings. The study discusses the rules of subjecting the receivable secured by the arrangement, the rules of preparing and contesting the list of receivables, and finally the rules of satisfying the pledgee.

Na ich tle powstaje zatem szereg interesujących zagadnień prawnych. W opracowaniu omówiono status w postępowaniu sanacyjnym wierzytelności zabezpieczonej zastawem rejestrowym. Wskazano na rolę proceduralną spisu inwentarza i spisu wierzytelności. W dalszej kolejności przedstawiono sposoby zaspokojenia zastawnika. In this Master’s thesis, the future of bottle recycling in the United States of America will be examined through interest, incentive and an infrastructure (iii) model. One of the American ways to recycle bottles, namely, the Dream Machine initiative, will be compared to the Finnish bottle recycling system. It will shed light through surveys done from Finnish high school students and randomly selected Americans about bottle recycling behaviour. OBJECTIVE: To assess the prevalence of good clinical response and remission in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients with longstanding disease treated with anti-tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) drugs at outpatient clinics. METHODS: Retrospective national study of 14 academic tertiary referral rheumatology medical centers. RA patients with a Disease Activity Score (DAS28) > 3.2 were defined as having active disease and could start TNF-alpha blockers. All patients received one TNF-alpha blocker plus methotrexate (10-20 mg/wk).
