Ks. Karol Koziołek, proboszcz parafii w Grabinie koło Prudnika, to jeden z czołowych działaczy polskiego ruchu narodowego na Śląsku Opolskim. W 1928 r. został posłem do sejmiku prowincjonalnego. Ubiegał się także, chociaż bezskutecznie, o mandat do sejmu pruskiego i parlamentu Rzeszy Niemieckiej. W latach 1930–1935 sprawował funk-cję prezesa Dzielnicy I Związku Polaków w Niemczech. Z ogromnym zaangażowaniem działał na rzecz zachowania języka polskiego w Kościele. El estudio de la respuesta germinativa de especies raras o amenazadas permite establecer protocolos de germinación que aportan la información necesaria para su propagación, y por tanto colaboran a su conservación. Las especies de pequeño tamaño que buscan refugio entre las rocas muestran un carácter poco competitivo frente a otras especies, y suelen desarrollar estrategias diferentes que les permiten sobrevivir en lugares donde otras plantas no pueden. Este trabajo se ha cofinanciado por la Generalitat Valenciana (Conselleria de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente, Cambio Climático y Desarrollo Rural, Servicio de Biodiversidad) y la Universitat de València.
Nauczanie języka niemieckiego jako języka mniejszości narodowej w przedszkolach województwa opolskiego

Na terenie województwa opolskiego występują mniejszości narodowe i grupy etniczne, dla których organizowane jest kształcenie umożliwiające podtrzymywanie tożsamości narodowej, etnicznej i językowej. Od 1991 r. w szkołach, a od 2001 r. w przedszkolach zauważa się wzrost zainteresowania nauczaniem języka niemieckiego jako języka mniejszości narodowej. W przedszkolach występuje dynamika rozwoju placówek oferujących ten rodzaj edukacji, a także wzrost liczby dzieci korzystających tej oferty.

Germanic laws focused mainly on community and kinship ties, they clearly defined social divisions and organized the life of the community. The law was not to be perceived as a product of the times, it was passed on from generation to generation and conveyed the wisdom of the elder. Every crime against another person or their property, independently of whether it concerned family laws, laws of property or any other laws, had to be compensated in accordance with customary rules as well as the social status of the aggrieved. Apoptosis is a process that eliminates superfluous or genetically compromised cells. Cell death is one of the most important aspects of organization of the developing, as alteration in timing, level, or pattern of cell death can lead to developmental anomalies. In our studies, we investigated apoptosis in follicular somatic and germ cells of patients with infertility problems. We found that cell death occur in human germinal vesicle, in some mature oocytes and in the oocytes that failed fertilization after ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection), this failure was strictly correlated with apoptosis.
