El Derecho francés mediante sucesivas reformas ha creado un estatuto de los stagiaires mediante el reconocimiento de una serie de derechos. El propósito de este trabajo es analizar aquellas situaciones en los que los hijos menores se niegan a relacionarse con uno de sus progenitores con el no conviven. Se trata de aquellos casos en lo que no existe justa causa para limitar o suprimir el derecho de visita de los progenitores. Nos proponemos analizar las soluciones que se han aplicado por la jurisprudencia. The aim of this paper is to analyze situations in which younger children refuse to associate with one of their parents with the non-living. Sometimes these are cases where there is no just cause to limit or eliminate the right of access of parents. We intend to analyse the solutions that have been applied by case law.

Identification of Stress Associated microRNAs in

Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is one of the most important crops around the world and also a model plant to study response to stress. High-throughput sequencing was used to analyse the microRNA (miRNA) profile of tomato plants undergoing five biotic and abiotic stress conditions (drought, heat, P. syringae infection, B. cinerea infection, and herbivore insect attack with Leptinotarsa decemlineata larvae) and one chemical treatment with a plant defence inducer, hexanoic acid. We identified 104 conserved miRNAs belonging to 37 families and we predicted 61 novel tomato miRNAs. Among those 165 miRNAs, 41 were stress-responsive. Wykonywanie kary pozbawienia wolności związane jest z izolowaniem skazanych w zakładach karnych odpowiedniego typu. Warunki w zakładzie typu zamkniętego zostały tak określone, że prawa skazanych ograniczono głównie ze względu na konieczność utrzymania ładu i porządku wewnętrznego. Dlatego też takich skazanych jedynie uprawniono do przebywania w otwartych celach mieszkalnych, do zatrudnienia poza zakładem, do korzystania z zajęć kulturalnych i sportowych i nauki, do korzystania z własnej bielizny, obuwia i odzieży oraz widzeń (na określonych surowych zasadach). Tourism Activity of Member States and Romania's Place within the First Five Years after EU Accession

Abstract This paper is a brief statistical analysis of the evolution of tourism in the EU-27 in the first five years after Romania's accession. The analysis was based on official data published by Eurostat regarding the tourist accommodation capacity by categories, the number of arrivals and overnight stays of tourists and non-residents. I highlighted each time Romania's place within Member States, preferring graphics that are more suggestive than synthetic data tables. In conclusions I have highlighted the changes occurred in Romania, far from those expected after five years as a member of the European Union.
