Biblijne podstawy nauczania o Duchu Świętym w "Katechezach" Cyryla Jerozolimskiego

Tekst przedłożonego artykułu przedstawia nauczanie Cyryla Jerozolimskiego († 387) na temat Ducha Świętego w ramach jego interpretacji tzw. symbolu wiary stosowanego w Jerozolimie. Będąc autorem 18 katechez wygłoszonych do katechumenów i 5 skierowanych do neofitów, dwie z nich poświęcił przekazaniu nauki o Duchu Świętym. Są nimi Katecheza XVI i Katecheza XVII umieszczone w cyklu nauk katechetycznych przeznaczonych dla katechumenów. Analiza tekstowa tych katechez doprowadziła do wyselekcjonowania kilku aspektów tego nauczania, mającego charakter biblijnego udokumentowania przekazywanych wątków. El presente artículo describe en síntesis los orígenes y desarrollo literario posterior del tema Grial, desde las primeras leyendas artúricas. Pese a sus posibles inicios paganos, el Grial pronto es identificado con el Santo Cáliz de la Última Cena, lo que imprime un carácter religioso a los relatos en los que se integra el motivo de su búsqueda como objeto perdido. A partir del siglo XIV esa religiosidad se desdibuja y cuando el tema del Grial sea recuperado para la literatura y el arte será como objeto de valor místico o espiritual, que supera el sentido netamente cristiano que tuvo en el Medievo. Z okresu średniowiecza zachowały się liturgiczne rękopisy z wielu ośrodków kościelnych Polski i Śląska. Po dziewiętnastowiecznych sekularyzacjach dóbr kościelnych, zgromadzono je w różnych archiwach i bibliotekach. Liczne rękopisy z terenu Śląska zostały już opisane inne czekają jeszcze na analizę. W średniowiecznej liturgii korzystano z wielu ksiąg: graduałów, lekcjonarzy, ewangeliarzy, homiliarzy, psałterzy, hymnarzy, antyfonarzy, sermologów, pasjonałów, legendarzy, sakramentarzy, pontyfikałów, rytuałów, agend, martyrologium a pod koniec średniowiecza pierwszych mszałów i brewiarzy. The coronavirus epidemic has become a completely unexpected challenge for the pastoral activity of the Church. The introduced restrictions on the number of the faithful who can participate in the parish liturgy and in some countries even the complete closure of places of worship, resulted in a new perception of the role of media broadcasts of the Eucharist. The article presents the history of introducing television broadcasts of the Holy Mass and the related and variously solved problem of the place where such a liturgy is celebrated. Antihistaminic and anticholinergic activities of mequitazine in comparison with clemizole

Abstract The antihistamine and anticholinergic properties of mequitazine have been investigated and compared with those of clemizole. Both mequitazine and clemizole antagonized the effect of histamine in guinea-pig ileum competitively, the pA2 values calculated by Schild plot were 9.95 ± 0.44 for mequitazine and 10.54 ± 0.44 for clemizole. Mequitazine at 10−7 M produced a parallel shift of the dose-response curve to acetylcholine in the rat duodenum, clemizole and the lower doses of mequitazine failed to modify the effect of acetylcholine. The effects of ten muscarinic antagonists on electrically evoked [3H]-acetylcholine release and muscle contraction were compared in an epithelium-free preparation of the guinea-pig trachea that had been preincubated with [3H]-choline. 2. The M3-selective antagonists UH-AH 37, 4-diphenyl-acetoxy-N-piperidine methobromide and para-fluorohexahydrosiladiphenidol were more potent in reducing the contractile response than in facilitating the evoked [3H]-acetylcholine release. Isolation-induced behavioral changes are well described in mice, although few studies have investigated the involvement of the cholinergic system in these effects. It has also been suggested that mice that display short or long attack latencies show differences in their reactions to a novel environment. Kazuo Ishiguro’s The Buried Giant (2015) constitutes an interesting contemporary reworking of the motif of melancholy. In the universe of the book – a combination of Arthurian setting with the elements of fantasy – people experience the peculiar state of melancholic oblivion brought upon them by the mysterious fog. Although this fog enables a peaceful coexistence of previous enemies, it also causes the feelings of overwhelming uneasiness and unidentified menace.
