Joka vuosi Suomessa diagnosoidaan yli 13 000 uutta muistisairasta. Voidaan puhua sekä kansanterveydellisestä että taloudellisesta haasteesta yhteiskunnalle. Muistisairauksia ei toistaiseksi osata parantaa lääkkeiden avulla, mutta varhaisella diagnosoinnilla, hoidolla ja kuntoutuksella voidaan ehkäistä toimintakyvyn heikkenemistä ja lisätä mahdollisuuksia asua pidempään omassa kodissaan. L’EAH è una iponatriemia diluizionale, variante della secrezione inappropriata di ADH (SIADH), caratterizzata da una concentrazione plasmatica di sodio inferiore a 135 mEq/l. Il sesso femminile e la durata delle competizioni si associano a più elevato rischio di iponatremia. In this research we investigate whether quarterly earnings announcements are informative using awide sample of firms listed in the Spanish Stock Market (SIBE). We study the period comprised between thethird quarterly of 2002 and the fourth quarterly of 2003. We analyse whether abnormal returns are related tothe quarter in which the announcement is released, whether the announcement implies good or bad news forthe firm, the source of the information, the size of the firm and whether the firm is followed by analysts.Results show that quarterly earnings announcements are informative. The aim of this paper is to investigate the effects of the European Monetary Union on the hypothesis of an integrated European Capital Market from January 1993 to December 2004. The extent of the period and the use of Fama and MacBeth [1973]'s methodology for estimating a large number of international asset pricing models that includes an Adler and Dumas [1983] model with and without domestic factor make possible to evaluate this hypothesis as a process towards a full integration. Celem tego artykułu jest zbadanie i porównanie poglądów Peirce'a i Wittgensteina na naturę znaków. Przeprowadzone badanie pokazuje, że istnieją przynajmniej cztery punkty w powyższej kwestii, co do których Peirce i Wittgenstein pozostają zgodni: triadyczna natura znaków, obecność i szczególna rola w naszych dyskursach znaków zdegenerowanych, rola reguł w konstytuowaniu znaczenia znaków, a także niezbywalna rola społeczności w tworzeniu i podtrzymywaniu procesu semiozy. Fakt istnienia znaczących podobieństw w poglądach Peirce'a i Wittgensteina na naturę znaków nie sprawia jednak, że ich koncepcje semiotyczne są identyczne. The purpose of the study was to investigate whether functional status and physical activity history predict all-cause hospital and long-term care use among older community-dwelling people. In addition, the effects of physical activity counseling on instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) disability and home care service use in an older sedentary population were studied.Data from three larger studies were used. The Evergreen project cohorts born in 1910 and 1914 consisted of 617 persons.
