Muistisairautta sairastavan ikääntyvän puolison toimijuus parisuhteessa

Tässä laadullisessa tutkimuksessa selvitimme, miten muistisairautta sairastava ikääntyvä puoliso ja hänen puoliso-omaishoitajansa kuvaavat muistisairaan puolison toimijuutta parisuhteessa. Analysoimme aineiston sisällönanalyysin keinoin. Muodostimme aineistosta neljä pääteemaa. Puoliso-omaishoitajat kuvasivat muistisairaan toimijuutta eri tavalla kuin sairastavat itse.  Puoliso-omaishoitaja kuvasi muistisairaan puolison toimijuutta touhuamisena, mutta sairastavalla käyttäytymisen taustalla oli huoli kotitöistä. Aims: Ageing in place has become a policy priority. Consequently, residential care has been reduced, and more older people with multiple care needs reside at home with the help of informal care and home care services. An increasing share of these people has memory disorders. We examined the extent to which memory problems, in addition to other individual characteristics, are associated with unmet care needs among community-dwelling older people. Cilvēka subtelomēri ir izteikti polimorfiski un ir ar vislielāko gēnu blīvumu visā genomā. Subtelomēru sekvences pārmaiņas ir saistītas ar mentālo atpalicību, ļaundabīgām hematoloģiskajām slimībām, atkārtotiem spontānajiem abortiem un citām slimībām. Tādēļ subtelomēru reģiona pārmaiņu konstatēšana ir svarīga klīniskās izpētes sastāvdaļa. Subtelomēru pētniecībā galvenokārt tiek pielietotas divas metodes: FISH un SAT. Šajā darbā tika aprakstīta qPCR metode subtelomēru analīzei, kas, teorētiski ir lētāka, ātrāka un precīzāka alternatīva FISH un SAT metodēm. Šīs bakalaura darbs sniedz padziļinātu analīzi par idiomām rakstos par tirgvedību. Lai veiktu pētījumu, kvalitatīvā un kvantitatīvā analīze tika izmantota. Praktiskās daļas rezultāti liecina, ka pārsvarā vienā rakstā ir viena idioma. Lielākā daļa idiomu funkcionē kā darbības vārdi un lietvārdi. Mazāk ir idiomas kas funkcionē kā īpašības vārdi un apstākļa vārdi. Vismazāk idiomu funkcionē kā prievārdi. Korpusa analīze norāda, ka idiomas galvenokārt tiek izmantotas, lai padarītu angļu valodu krāsaināku, bet mazāk parādījās idiomas, kas tiek izmantotas, lai teksts šķistu interesantāks. Treść artykułu dotyczy problematyki regulacji przestępstwa obcowania płciowego z małoletnim z art. 200 § 1 Kodeksu karnego. W tym zakresie stwierdzono pewną niepełność w aktualnej regulacji, identyfikując ją oraz podając rozwiązanie w postaci propozycji, tj. znowelizowania art. 200 k.k. przez dodanie do niego § 2, który opisywałby to przestępstwo w ramach quasi-typu uprzywilejowanego jako wypadek mniejszej wagi. Sformułowanie niniejszego rozwiązania stanowi ocenę aktualnego stanu prawnego przez zwrócenie uwagi na potrzebę zmiany uregulowania prawnego w tym zakresie

El artículo estudia la articulación de la racionalidad y sus límites con la idea moderna de método, y con la expresión poética de las dimensiones no conceptualizables de la experiencia en la obra de M. Zambrano. Como consecuencia, se opone a aquellas interpretaciones de la “razón poética” que acentúan su lado oscuro en detrimento de su utilización de procedimientos racionales.

Trust and confidence have been identified as crucial for efforts at solving the conundrum of high-level radioactive waste management (RWM). However, mistrust has its virtues, especially in the form of “civic vigilance”—healthy suspicion towards the powers that be. This article examines civic vigilance in the form of “watchdog journalism,” as practiced by the leading Finnish and French newspapers—Helsingin Sanomat (HS) and Le Monde (LM)—in their RWM reporting.
