La presión intraocular (PIO) es la manifestación del contenido de humor acuoso en circulación en el ojo, siendo fundamental que la producción y drenaje estén dentro de un equilibrio adecuado para mantener en un estado óptimo de funcionamiento las estructuras oculares. Se considera que, dependiendo de cada persona, hay unos valores críticos, a partir de los cuales se produce una alteración microvascular, con un sufrimiento sobre todo de los tejidos nutridos en la zona del nervio óptico. Si persiste en el tiempo ocasiona una neuropatía óptica crónica y progresiva llamada glaucoma.

<p align="justify"><em>Objetivo</em>: cuantificar los parámetros biométricos oculares, las propiedades biomecánicas corneales, la configuración anatómica del nervio óptico y la capa de fibras nerviosas de la retina (CFNR) en un grupo de niños, mediante técnicas no invasivas. <em>Material y métodos</em>: se realizó un estudio transversal, descriptivo y no aleatorio en 293 niños sanos caucásicos con edades entre 6 y 17 años. <em>Resultados</em>: se encontró una correlación estadísticamente significativa entre la longitud axial (LA) y la histéresis corneal (CH) (p &lt; 0,001). Enhancing spatial resolution in digital holographic microscopy by biprism structured illumination

In a recent Letter by Seo et al. [Opt. Lett. 37, 4976 (2012)], the numerical correction of the quadratic phase distortion introduced by the microscope objective in digital holographic microscopy (DHM) has been presented. In this comment, we would like to draw to the attention of the authors and the readers in general that this approach could not be the optimal solution for maintaining the accuracy of the quantitative phase via DHM. We recall that the use of telecentric imaging systems in DHM simplifies the numerical processing of the phase images and produces more accurate measurements.

Le PCR : La confluence Saône-Doubs à l’âge du Fer (VIe s. av. J.-C. au Ier siècle de notre ère), coordonné par Matthieu Thivet et Émilie Dubreucq, vise à relancer une dynamique de recherche sur un secteur géographique clé : la confluence de la Saône et du Doubs, située en plein coeur de la Bourgogne, à une vingtaine de kilomètres au nord de Chalon-sur-Saône. Nous souhaitons travailler d’une part, sur les interactions hommes/environnement dans la longue durée (VIe-Ier siècle), afin de mieux percevoir le rôle joué par la zone de confluence dans l’émergence d’un important pôle de peuplement à l’âge du fer. An arthritogenic alphavirus uses the α1β1 integrin collagen receptor

Ross River (RR) virus is an alphavirus endemic to Australia and New Guinea and is the aetiological agent of epidemic polyarthritis or RR virus disease. Here we provide evidence that RR virus uses the collagen-binding alpha1beta1 integrin as a cellular receptor. Infection could be inhibited by collagen IV and antibodies specific for the beta1 and alpha1 integrin proteins, and fibroblasts from alpha1-integrin-/- mice were less efficiently infected than wild-type fibroblasts. Soluble alpha1beta1 integrin bound immobilized RR virus, and peptides representing the alpha1beta1 integrin binding-site on collagen IV inhibited virus binding to cells. 本研究の目的は，大学教員養成におけるグローバル教員研修が，大学院生（現 職教員・大学生）の「教員 21 世紀型スキル」に関する自己効力感にどのような変容を もたらすかを明らかにすることである。研修は，１ . 対話型ボトムアップ研修，２ ．フィン ランドの教育改革研修，及び，３ ．教科連携の CLIL・STEAM に拠る授業訪問を特徴 とする。次世代の児童・生徒が，学びを実社会へ転移するような教育を実現する教員の 21 世紀型スキルとは何か，国際間比較をとおした俯瞰的な研修を目指す。研究方法は， 『Edu 21st：教員 21 世紀型スキルの自己効力感尺度』の 47 質問項目をもちいた事前 と事後の変容，およびポートフォリオ記述分析である。その結果，Edu21st（３ 因子構 造）で差が認められ，「分析的デザイン思考能力」で最も変化が大きいことが明らかにな り，異分野連携の協働中に起こる異質な考えに対する葛藤への価値付けが見られた。 peerReviewed
