[EN] Mechanical vibrations as subject can be found within many Engineering and Science Degrees. To achieve that the students understand the mathematics and its physical interpretation is the objective we should get as docents. In this paper we describe how to create a simple graphical model of a single degree of freedom vibrating system allowing us to visualize concepts like above concepts damping, resonance or forced vibrations. This paper analyzes the relationship between Research and Innovation in Science Teaching, showing a worrying disconnection of both activities. Two possible causes of this situation are considered: firstly, most teachers don¿t pay attention to science education research and even ignore the specific journals where this research is published; and secondly, researchers view innovation as mere application of research. As a result of these analyses, some proposals are advanced in order to make research more useful to improve science teaching and learning.
The Information and Communication Technologies in the school sys-tem. A review of the research lines

This paper offers a classification of research trends and perspectives about processes oriented to incorporate information and communication technologies (ICT) in schools. Identified are four research trends: a) studies about indicators of computers quantity in school systems; b) studies about computer effects in learning; c) studies about opinion, perspectives and attitudes of educational agents to ICT; and d) studies about computers' educational use in classroom and colleges. This paper finishes with a synthesis of current knowledge about projects and programs intended for the embodiment of ICT in school systems.

This paper summarizes the results obtained from the evaluation of Occupational Training Programs through which we checked the quality of service and the efficiency of the introduction of women into the labour market, as well as the need to promote quality Occupational Training specifically for women that will not only facilitate their introduction into the labour market by adapting their personal skills to its needs, but will also encourage personal and social improvement.

Sprawl urbano e bolla inmobiliare (1997-2007) in València (Spagna) Secondo CORINE e SIOSE

During the Spanish housing bubble (1997-2007) artificial surfaces grew in coastal València as never before, due to the construction boom. According to CORINE 2006 they reached 4.8% of the whole Valencian territory (they represented 2.6% in 1990), and almost 7% according to SIOSE 2005 (an accurate and precise Spanish GIS on land cover and use). The most developed growth pattern in that period was urban sprawl, which had been almost totally absent in València before 1990.
