his study examines a hybrid form of the Finnish Peer-Group Mentoring (PGM) merging student teachers and in-service teachers of different career stages in group meetings facilitated by an educated mentor. Experiences of the in-service participants were studied by interviewing them, and the data were analysed through thematic analysis. Four main themes were identified: 1) Enjoying group activities, 2) Personal professional development, 3) Attaching to the professional community and 4) Developing the teacher profession. Translation of HTT mRNA with expanded CAG repeats is regulated by the MID1-PP2A protein complex.

Expansion of CAG repeats is a common feature of various neurodegenerative disorders, including Huntington's disease. Here we show that expanded CAG repeats bind to a translation regulatory protein complex containing MID1, protein phosphatase 2A and 40S ribosomal S6 kinase. Binding of the MID1-protein phosphatase 2A protein complex increases with CAG repeat size and stimulates translation of the CAG repeat expansion containing messenger RNA in a MID1-, protein phosphatase 2A- and mammalian target of rapamycin-dependent manner. The aim of this study was to investigate the positive and depressive mood changes in older volunteers after a three-month voluntary work intervention through a one-group experimental research design. Pomimo rekomendacji i badań pokazujących korzyści z interwencji i wsparcia psychologicznego, brakuje danych na temat rzeczywistej dostępności takiej opieki zarówno w Polsce, jak i na świecie.
Chemical heterogeneity of amyloid in the carpal tunnel syndrome

140 biopsies from 108 patients afflicted with the carpal tunnel syndrome were studied, 27 of whom showed deposition of amyloid, in 6 of them to such an extent that the amyloid was considered significant in the pathogenesis of the carpal tunnel syndrome. Morphologically, vessels and ligaments were affected and especially the peritendinous structures.
