Sanctuaries and rural settlements along the Roman road Lyon-Trier on the civitates of the Lingoni
2015
From a memory of a master on the study of the material from the sanctuary of Beire-le-Châtel "The Pâtis the Letto" as well as new studies such as material from the fanum Lux "Le Bois Giraud", the objective of this thesis is to understand the people who live along the Roman road Lyon - Trier on the civitates of the Lingoni et go on these places of worship. The material found in these sanctuaries was confronted with one of the rural settlements to distinguish local attendance and passing travelers. Finally, the study allows to emphasize the role of settlements - administrative center of the city and secondary towns - and communication routes in the genesis of Lingones’ places of worship but a…

L’occupation du Néolithique final de Trémonteix (Puy-de-Dôme) et ses assemblages de mobilier
2020
In the heart of Auvergne (Puy-de-Dôme), the Late Neolithic settlement of Trémonteix is established beneath the Côtes de Clermont-Ferrand, a vast basalt plateau that dominates the north of the actual agglomeration. Within the framework of a rescue archaeology, an excavation conducted by Inrap, over 2588 m2 and has delivered several features and revealed a number of terraced constructions, dug into the bank of an ancient river bed. These are sheltered spaces (building 1) and artisanal activity zones, documented by pits and remains of occupation levels that were rich in finds. These constructions provided various pottery types, worked flint, an abundance of mainly domestic animal remains, work…

Les Marca (fin XVIIe - début XIXe siècles) : itinéraires et activités d'une dynastie de stucateurs piémontais en Franche-Comté et en Bourgogne
2013
The topic of this thesis is the Marca dynasty, a piedmontese family from the Valsesia area, specialized in the stucco work. In the early eighteenth century, some of its members migrated to the Franche-Comté in France, in search of work, the others remaining in Piedmont. Their realizations can be studied in religious places and private houses in Italy, in Franche-Comté and Burgundy. These works (altars, pulpits, statues and bas-reliefs in stucco) were created between the late seventeenth century and the early nineteenth century. This topic is entirely unpublished, especially as the information on this family are rare and scattered. Moreover, no research has been undertaken on it, neither in …
Spatial effects in housing price models : do housing prices capitalize urban development policies in the agglomeration of Dijon (1999) ?
2004
In this article we suppose that the integration of accessibility and neighborhood variables in hedonic housing models doesn't allow to take into account the spatial effects between the housing prices. Using a sample of 1520 transactions of apartments in the urban area of Dijon, we focus on two types of location variables : the distance to the CBD and the distance to several Disadvantaged Districts located in peripheral areas. We detect the presence of a spatial error autocorrelation in the hedonic model indicating that the valuation of the price of an apartment is locally influenced by the prices of the neighboring apartments. Then, we estimate a spatial error model which shows that the loc…
