Foucault: il potere oltre le regole. Repliche a Celano, Moreso, Segatti e Spena

In questo articolo rispondo alle critiche e ai commenti alla mia ricostruzione della concezione del potere di Michel Foucault proposti da Bruno Celano, José Juan Moreso, Marco Segatti, Alessandro Spena. Mi concentro in particolare sui seguenti aspetti: la connessione fra la nozione foucaultiana di potere e il conflitto; la distinzione fra potere disciplinare, potere governamentale, e potere normativo; la concezione foucaultiana della libertà come autorialità; ciò che Foucault può suggerire riguardo ad alcune “macchie cieche” della teoria del diritto contemporanea.

1. Breve descrizione dell’oggetto di studio Il concorso del Palazzo di Giustizia di Roma si svolge in quattro fasi svolte tra il 1884 e il 1887. Il progetto per il primo concorso, del 1884, redatto dall’allora giovanissimo Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932), rivela una grande perizia progettuale che trasforma il complesso programma funzionale in un austero edificio in stile neofiorentino. Brief description of the object of study The competition of the Palace of Justice in Rome takes place in four phases between 1884 and 1887. The project for the first competition in 1884 drawn up by the then very young Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932) reveals a great deal of design expertise that transforms the complex functional program into an austere building in neo-florentine style. The original drawings of the building not realized kept in the Basile Endowment of the Department of Architecture of the University of Palermo have been the subject of preliminary study to the phases of analysis interpretation and conceptual reconstruction of the digital model. 2. The new face of university–business cooperation in Finland

This paper analyses the development of university-business cooperation (UBC) in Finland in the context of the University Reform Act of 2009, drawing on the experience of four universities: Aalto University, University of Jyvaskyla, University of Turku, and Lappeenranta University of Technology. Six UBC dimensions are examined: institutional context, stakeholders, motivations, facilitators/inhibitors, benefits, and drawbacks. We find that UBC, while a relatively recent process, is growing fast in dynamic local innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems. ¿Qué explica la Física sobre la influencia de la Luna en la Tierra? Una propuesta de enseñanza

En este trabajo se abordan ideas pseudocientíficas en torno a la influencia de la Luna en nuestro planeta. Para ello se analiza si los libros de Física de Bachillerato y de Educación Superior tratan la influencia de la gravedad de la Luna en la Tierra y cómo lo hacen. Para el análisis se utiliza una muestra de 17 libros de textos de Física de Bachillerato y 17 utilizados en cursos de ciencia e ingeniería (13 de Física, 2 de Óptica y 2 de Astronomía) de distintos años de publicación. Applying Semiautomatic Generation of Conceptual Models to Decision Support Systems Domain

This paper presents a decision support system specification in the form of business use cases and a stereotyped conceptual model based on the specification. The use cases are based on generic user requirements and address cognitive biases. The specification can be used to set fixed and common terms among the project participants. Semiautomatic generation of the conceptual model is demonstrated with mixed results. While there are some shortcomings in the parsing and the result is dependent on the phrasing conventions used in the use cases, the conceptual model highlights the most essential entities in the domain and provides a base for further development phases. peerReviewed

El retablo de San Estanislao de Kostka en San Luis de los franceses de Sevilla

El templo de San Luis de los franceses de Sevilla, construido a lo largo de las primeras décadas del siglo XVIII, dispone de un complejo programa visual. El retablo de San Estanislao de Kostka ocupa una importante capilla, en paralelo a la de San Francisco de Borja. Como todo retablo, cumple dos funciones: la contemplativa, o conductora de la oración a través de su imagen conceptual, y la formativa por medio del discurso visual desplegado en las calles laterales y el ático. Se afronta el análisis de ambas facetas mediante una aproximación a sus fuentes literarias y emblemáticas.

From conceptualization to constructions in Finnish as an L2 : a case study

AbstractThis study traces the individual learning trajectories of an adult beginner L2 Finnish learner in expressing the extralinguistic concept of evaluation from a dynamic usage-based perspective. Our results provide support for the view of learner language as a dynamic system in which patterns wax and wane and in which a change in one component has the potential to affect the whole system. In the early stages of learning there was a strong preference to use lexical verbs first, and then adjectives. The study also shows that variability plays a role.
