Toward farm-level health management of wind turbine systems: status and scope for improvements

An outline of health management for OWFs has been detailed in this chapter with description of various important elements. The need for such farm level management is explained and benefits are discussed. Key gaps to be filled in order to realize such a system are identified. Bakalaurā darbā “PostrgeSQL, Neo4j un MongoDB veiktspējas analīze” tiek salīdzinātas divu veidu datubāžu pārvaldības sistēmas – relāciju un NoSQL, kā arī tika veikta veiktspējas analīze. Fault diagnosis of induction motors broken rotor bars by pattern recognition based on noise cancelation

Current signal monitoring (CSM) can be used as an effective tool for diagnosing broken rotor bars fault in induction motors. In this paper, fault diagnosis and classification based on artificial neural networks (ANNs) is done in two stages. In the first stage, a filter is designed to remove irrelevant fault components (such as noise) of current signals. The coefficients of the filter are obtained by least square (LS) algorithm. Then by extracting suitable time domain features from filter's output, a neural network is trained for fault classification. This study deals with professional representations. The goal is to show the representation of hygiene by health care workers: Nurses (N) and Health Care Aides (HCA). Method follows the BSC (Bases Cognitive Schemes) procedure, explicative interviews substitute to the evaluation task. An analysis of associative words points out that for HCA hygiene is associated with acts linked with corporal hygiene and with two synonymous: no trace, no germ Discussion underlines the interest of this method for professional representations studies and nosocomial infections strength.

The current study deals with the representation of hospital hygiene. The purpose is twofold: 1- to understand how knowledge about hygiene is acquired by nursing staff during their training (effect of the level of knowledge); 2- to identify how this knowledge evolves while practising a job in direct connection with hygiene (effect of practice). Three groups of participants were questioned: nursing staff (nursing executives, nurses and nursing auxiliaries), students training in nursing care (first, second and third year students) and non-specialist students. En el artículo se propone un recorrido a través de algunos clásicos de la filosofía política que dedicaron una especial atención al tema tradicional del bonum commune –desde los clásicos griegos hasta Schumpeter–, con el fin de dilucidar qué sentido podría tener hoy el «bien común» (en singular). Antes de ello, a la vista del debate sobre el tema relativamente reciente de los «bienes comunes» (en plural), el artículo propone distinguir, e intenta buscar terrenos de compatibilidad posible, entre bien común y bienes comunes, no sin antes hacer alguna observación crítica sobre estos últimos.
