Blokķēdes tehnoloģija kā organizācijas inovāciju veicējs

2020

Conceptions associated with sense of belonging in different school placements for Finnish pupils with special education needs

2015

AbstractThe aim of this study was to examine conceptions associated with sense of belonging (SEBE) in Finnish general and special school placements for pupils with special education needs. Five pupils were selected for this study by means of purposive sampling. They had a history of several school placements prior to arriving at their current special school. Qualitative phenomenographic analyses of interview transcripts revealed numerous conceptions regarding the pupils’ SEBE in the different educational placements. The pupils had undergone numerous placements in which their SEBE had been jeopardised, as disturbing relationships with teachers and peers seemed to have affected the pupils’ me…

ANP differentiates between primary Submandibular Gland Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma: Preliminary data

2021

The natriuretic peptide system consists of three ligands, Atrial Natriuretic Peptide (ANP), Brain Natriuretic peptide (BNP) and C-type Natriuretic peptide (CNP), and three natriuretic peptide receptors (NPR’s), NPRA, NPRB and NPRC. We investigated the expression levels of NPPA (encoding ANP) and NPR1 (encoding NPRA, the main receptor for ANP) in primary benign (pleomorphic adenoma) and malignant (squamous cell carcinoma, SCC) submandibular salivary gland (SMG) tumors, as well as in primary oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). We found that the NPPA and NPR1 expression levels were significantly different in SMG SCC versus OSCC, exhibiting a significant increase in NPPA and absence of NPR1 ex…

A repository of fragments for agent systems design

2006

The creation of a new design process for a specific situation using the method engineering approach is based on the composition of a set of reusable method fragments. The request for these reusable method fragments leads to the need for a repository containing standardized fragments that can be easily selected and assembled in new design processes. In this work we present a definition of method fragment coming from the work of the FIPA Technical Committee Methodology and a repository where fragments are classified according to the specific process component (activity, process role, and work product) they underpin and on the specific MAS Metamodel element(s) they work on.

The A. answer to a series of questions by the Director of the "Gruppo di Pisa" Journal. The questions concern the parliamentary procedure followed to enact the State Budget Law for the year 2023 (law No 197/2022). The A. debates over: the possibility to prove the evident violation of parliamentary privileges in the procedure followed by the two chambers of the Italian parliament (Const. court. orders Nos. 17/2019 and 60/2020); the impact of Next Generation EU and of NPRR over the National Budgetary procedures; the role played by the Budget Parliamentary Office (UPB) and by the State General Accounting Office in parliamentary procedures concerning the State Budget Law for the year 2023

Gibt es den strafrechtlichen Paternalismus? Ein Beitrag zu den Prinzipien der Kriminalisierung

2015

German translation of "ESISTE IL PATERNALISMO PENALE?
A discussion on whether the so-called criminal paternalism is compatible with the fundamental assumptions of liberalism has been going on for a long time. The aim of this article is to show that criminal paternalism is actually not an autonomous principle of criminalization. Upon making a distinction between tutelary and despotic paternalism, this paper shows that the former is a manifestation of the principle of harm, while the latter is only apparently opposed to liberalism. Indee…

«I molteplici casi della sorte». Disastri della guerra e della natura in Tucidide

2018
