Abstract We report measurements of the flux-integrated ν̅μ and ν̅μ + νμ charged-current cross-sections on water and hydrocarbon targets using the T2K anti-neutrino beam with a mean beam energy of 0.86 GeV. The signal is defined as the (anti-)neutrino charged-current interaction with one induced $\mu^\pm$ and no detected charged pion or proton. These measurements are performed using a new WAGASCI module recently added to the T2K setup in combination with the INGRID Proton Module. The phase space of muons is restricted to the high-detection efficiency region, $p_{\mu}>400~{\rm MeV}/c$ and $\theta_{\mu}<30^{\circ}$, in the laboratory frame. p-Cresol and eight oligo[(hydroxyphenylene)methylene] compounds 1b–e and 4a–d could be esterified with good yields with acryloyl chloride or propionyl chloride, respectively, in the presence of triethylamine. The simple and multiple acrylates and propionates were characterized by determination of their molar masses, elemental analyses, hydrogenation of the CC double bonds in the acrylate groups, and by their IR- and UV-spectra. No steric hindrance could be ascertained. Acrylates with more than three phenolic units in their molecules were found to have a range of melting, whereas all the propionates possess sharp melting points. The structure exhibits significant hydrogen bonding between the O—H group of one molecule and the CO group of an adjacent one. These O—H...O=C interactions form chains of molecules parallel to thebaxis. No π–π or C—H...π intermolecular interactions are observed.

Nel lavoro è stata esaminata la relazione tra la conducibilità idraulica del suolo saturo, Kfs, misurata in campo con la tecnica Simplified Falling Head (SFH) e la dimensione della superficie campionata con una singola prova. L’indagine è stata condotta in un suolo franco-sabbioso ed in uno franco-limoso, esplorando la medesima superficie complessiva (0.71 m2) con anelli di diametro compreso tra 0.15 e 0.30 m. Nel suolo franco-sabbioso, le misure di Kfs effettuate con gli anelli piccoli sono risultate significativamente più elevate di quelle ricavate con gli anelli grandi.
