The alliance-outcome association in group interventions: A multilevel meta-analysis.

Objective: The therapeutic alliance has been studied in group interventions, but its relationship to patient outcome is still controversial. This study systematically reviewed the association of both the member-leader and member-group alliance with patient outcomes, and assessed the effects of several theoretically informed moderators. Method: A three-level meta-analysis was conducted on 57 studies to disentangle within- and between-study variability in the alliance-outcome association. This paper offers a reflection on the expected competencies identified through the formulation of the Dublin descriptors of the CdS in Education Sciences (L-19) and Primary Education Sciences (LM-85bis) established at the University of Palermo and in the same time to propose a model for the development of professional maturity necessary to ensure informed mature and responsible choices. In France, the spring of 2016 was marked by a number of demonstrations against the reform of the labour laws. The employers and the unions refused to discuss this reform which had been drawn up without any consultation. It pursues questionable objectives, in particular wanting to make the principal level of industrial relations take place at the level of the firm. Once again, despite a high level of social discontent, collective action was limited. This collective failure to act is mainly due to the institutionalization of trade unions and their financing by employers and the State.

Le début de carrière des jeunes sortis de l’enseignement supérieur en 2017 ne déroge pas à la règle : il est d'autant plus favorable que leur niveau d’études est élevé. Il varie néanmoins selon la spécificité de chaque diplôme, celle de la formation suivie et les caractéristiques des publics concernés. Pour la Génération 2017, les débuts dans la vie active se heurtent également au premier confinement, dont les effets varient alors davantage en fonction des segments d'emploi que du niveau de diplôme.
