Il tema della povertà e degli strumenti di sostegno di natura reddituale viene riproposto in questo numero della rivista il prosecuzione del precedente. L'accento è però posto sulle sperimentazioni che enti e istituzioni hanno avviato anche in forma autonoma o con l'ausilio del terzo settore. The theme of poverty and income support tools is re-proposed in this issue of the magazine as a continuation of the previous one. The emphasis, however, is placed on the experiments that bodies and institutions have also started autonomously or with the help of the third sector.
Towards student-centred pedagogy : action research with Ethiopian village school teachers

This study is an action research that was planned and implemented with 23 Ethiopian Village School teachers. The action of the four year project concentrated on developing new, student-centred teaching methods instead of traditional lecturing and rote learning in one remote school. The overall aim of the study was to follow this process and the teachers’ professional development, and to explore how the practical arrangements, such as material or cultural surroundings, constrain or enable usage of student-centred methods at the school. Maģistra darbā tiek apskatīts šobrīd aktuāls jautājums par to, vai prasījuma tiesību cesija ir pieļaujama patērētāju kreditēšanas līgumos, vai iekļaujot noteikumus par prasījuma tiesību cesiju, netiek pārkāptas patērētāju kā neaizsargātākās darījuma puses tiesības, un kādi ar prasījuma tiesību cesiju saistīti noteikumi kreditēšanas līgumā vārētu tikt uzskatīti par netaisnīgiem kreditēšanas līguma noteikumiem. Quello che viene denominato "macrosettore credito e assicurazioni" costituisce uno degli ambiti nei quali l'Autorità garante della concorrenza e del mercato ha esercitato con maggiore frequenza le proprie competenze in materia di pratiche commerciali scorrette. Il saggio, affrontata in via preliminare la questione della stessa applicabilità della disciplina al macrosettore, esamina criticamente gli orientamente emersi nella prassi, individuandovi talune costanti dell'interpretazione fornita dall'Autorità ai concetti-chiave che caratterizzano la fattispecie "pratiche commerciali scorrette" e determinano l'estensione della relativa disciplina.

Volatile compounds produced by adults of Anchomenus dorsalis under undisturbed and disturbed conditions were investigated with an all-glass aeration apparatus. GC-MS analysis of the crude extracts from undisturbed and disturbed adults highlighted four major volatile compounds, undecane, heneicosane, Z-9 tricosene and tricosane, of which significantly more undecane was released by disturbed adults compared to undisturbed beetles. The pygidial glands of adults of A. dorsalis were investigated using light and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). International audience; The paper aims to understand the context and drivers of researchers' decision to submit a manuscript to a predatory journal. Using OMICS as a case study and asking authors for their views, the paper presents their profile, motivations and publishing experiences. The methodology is based on a questionnaire sent by email to all authors of articles published in OMICS (+2200). The authors were asked about 1/ the factors that influenced their decision to submit their article, 2/ their publishing predatory journal. Unfair play? Video games as exploitative monetized services: An examination of game patents from a consumer protection perspective

Video games as a consumer product have changed significantly with the advent of in-game purchasing systems (e.g., microtransactions, ‘loot boxes’). This review examines consumer protections related to in-game purchasing by anticipating some of the potential design strategies that might contribute to higher risk consumer behavior. Attention was directed towards the analysis of patents for potential in-game purchasing systems, with 13 identified on Google Patents. The design features were analysed in relation to the consumer rights and guarantees described in the terms of use agreements of the patent assignees.
