ABSTRACTCajal-Retzius neurons (CRs) are among the first-born neurons in the developing cortex of reptiles, birds and mammals, including humans. The peculiarity of CRs lies in the fact they are initially embedded into the immature neuronal network before being almost completely eliminated by cell death at the end of cortical development. CRs are best known for controlling the migration of glutamatergic neurons and the formation of cortical layers through the secretion of the glycoprotein reelin. The laminar and columnar organization of the mature cerebral cortex is determined by a variety of early developmental processes. Two distinct populations of early generated preplate neurons play key roles in corticogenesis. Cajal–Retzius neurons, located in the marginal zone (later layer I), control the formation of neocortical layers by releasing the extracellular matrix protein reelin, which serves as a guiding signal for migrating neurons. Subplate neurons in the lower neocortical layer play an active role in transient synaptic circuits and influence early cortical plasticity and the maturation of the columnar architecture. Tutkielman tavoitteena on selvittää, mitä retorisia keinoja sosiaalityöntekijät käyttävät perustellessaan riskiarvioitaan lapsen terveyttä tai kehitystä vaarantavista tekijöistä kiireellisten sijoitusten päätösteksteissä. Lastensuojelulaissa on määritelty perusteet kiireellisen sijoituksen tarpeelle, mutta laki mahdollistaa sosiaalityöntekijöille asiantuntija- asemansa ansiosta laajan harkintavallan asiakkaiden yksilöllisissä tilanteissa. The experiences of cruise ship passengers are influenced by cinematic representations and intensified and (re)produced by cruise operators. This paper conceptualises cinematic cruising as a phenomenon of reel and real spaces between imagination and experience for pleasure on the high seas. To date, the influence of cinematic representations on the experience of cruise passengers has not yet been studied in detail. Makšķerēšana mūsdienās tiek uzskatīta par dominējošo zivju krājumu izmantošanas veidu lielā daļā saldūdeņu biotopu un vairumā industrializēti attīstīto piekrastes teritoriju, tomēr trūkst informācijas un datu, lai aktivitāti pilnībā novērtētu (Arlinghaus et al., 2002; Coleman et al., 2004; Cooke et.al., 2004). Komerciālajā zvejā izņemto zivju apjomi parasti ir lielāki nekā rekreācijas makšķerēšanā, tomēr makšķerēšanā izņemtais kopējais zivju apjoms atsevišķās vietās var sasniegt vai pat pārsniegt komerciālās zvejas apjomu (Cooke a et al., 2006; Arlinghaus et al., 2007).
