Przedmiotem glosy jest wyrok Naczelnego Sądu Administracyjnego z 8.01.2020 r., I OSK 2392/19, w którym przyjęto tezę, że art. 17 ust. 5 pkt 1 lit. a ustawy o świadczeniach rodzinnych prawidłowo zinterpretowany powinien być w ten sposób rozumiany, iż pozbawia prawa do świadczenia pielęgnacyjnego tylko do wysokości otrzymywanej emerytury. Teza tego wyroku jest całkowicie sprzeczna z treścią przywołanego przepisu. Interplay between the Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction-diffusion system and biomimetic matrices

Abstract Interactions between reaction–diffusion systems and restricted host environments are a subject of widespread interest. In this work the behaviour of the Belousov–Zhabotinsky reaction was investigated in lamellar phases formed by phospholipid bilayers with relevance for biological systems. The influence of the reactive medium on the structure of the lipid matrix and, in turn, the influence of the matrix on the dynamical evolution of chemical patterns, were studied by small angle scattering.

The chemical composition of the aerial parts essential oil of Achillea cretica L. (Asteraceae) growing wild in Crete (Greece)

Achillea cretica (L.) (Asteraceae) is a suffruticosa camefite plant, mainly distributed in Crete, Aegean Islands, and eastern Mediterranean area. In the present study, the chemical composition of the essential oil from aerial parts of a not previously investigated accession of Achillea cretica, collected in Crete, was analysed by GC-MS. The results showed the presence of large quantity of α-bisabolol (53.88%) followed by the related compound α-bisabolol-oxide (2.76%), and spathulenol (5.94%). Based on the composition of the essential oils of all the other Achillea taxa, several consideration have been carried out.

Nonconstructive proofs are a powerful mechanism in mathematics. Furthermore, nonconstructive computations by various types of machines and automata have been considered by e.g., Karp and Lipton [17] and Freivalds [11]. They allow to regard more complicated algorithms from the viewpoint of much more primitive computational devices.
