Il sistema di giustizia sportiva rappresenta un interessante banco di prova e di confronto, alla luce delle sue peculiarità e specificità. L?esperienza comparatistica e la più attenta riflessione ermeneutica degli ultimi anni suggeriscono un drastico ripensamento delle categorie ordinanti a livello dogmatico, tradizionalmente applicate in materia arbitrale, così da aprire nuovi e inesplorati orizzonti all?operatività delle ADR nell?ordito domestico.

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND: A restriction in ankle dorsiflexion range of motion (ROM) has been linked to several clinical manifestations such as metatarsalgia, heel pain, nerve entrapment, ankle joint equinus, patellar and ankle injuries. The purpose of the present study was to examine the validity and reliability of the Leg Motion system for measuring ankle dorsiflexion ROM. STUDY DESIGN: Descriptive repeated-measures study. Influence of insolvency of a football club in Poland on the right to participate in league games

AbstractThe study is devoted to the issue of the impact of sports club insolvency in Poland on the right to participate in league games. In this respect, not only the regulation of insolvency law is of the key importance. There are also crucial organizational rules established by the sports association (the Polish Football Association—Polski Związek Piłki Nożnej) determining admission to league games of only such sports clubs which have adequate financial liquidity.
