Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt, kādas ir saistības starp šizofrēnijas cēloņu atribūciju un sociālo distanci zinātniskajā literatūrā un aktuālajos pētījumos, kā arī praktiski pārbaudīt, vai pastāv saistības starp šizofrēnijas cēloņu atribūciju (personības/ģimenes un sociālajiem stresoriem, pretrunā ar modernajiem pieņēmumiem par risku, eksternālo/vides faktoru ietekmi uz galvas smadzenēm un cēloņiem, kas ir saskaņā ar mūsdienu pieņēmumiem par risku) un sociālo distanci. Stigma un stigmatizācija visā pasaulē ir aktuāla problēma jau kopš neatminamiem laikiem. Īpaši smaga stigmatizācija skar cilvēkus ar psihiskām saslimšanām. Un lai gan, garīgās veselības ārstēšanas un pakalpojumu kvalitāte un efektivitāte pēdējo 50 gadu laikā ir krietni uzlabojusies, terapeitiskās revolūcijas psihiatrijā līdz šim nav spējušas mazināt stigmu. Bakalaura darba tēma “ Personāla stigmatizācija aprūpējot HIV pacientus Intensīvās terapijas nodaļās”. Darba mērķis ir izzināt un analizēt stigmatizācijas sastopamību Intensīvās terapijas nodaļās aprūpējot HIV pacientus. Pētījumā tika aptaujāti 62 medicīnas darbinieki vecumā no 21 līdz virs 60 gadiem. Darbā tika pielietota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – anketēšana. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas, kā arī pielikumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīta HIV infekcija un HIV stigmatizācija un diskriminācija. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīts darba teorētiskais pielietojums, izmantojot J.Watson teoriju. The sterol profile of three Algerian virgin olive oils produced from Guasto, Blanquette and Rougette cultivar’s, varieties grown in the East of the country, was established by gas chromatography using a flame ionization detector and coupled to mass spectrometry. Four sterol compounds were identified and characterized in the three oils which are, sitosterol always predominant (43-66%), delta 5-avenasterol (8-13%), stigmasterol (≤ 1,5%) and campesterol (1-2%); one methyl sterol (4-methylsterol) : citrostadienol (4-7%) and two triterpenic alcohols : 24-methylene cycloartanol (10-33%) and cycloartenol (3-13%). Sterol contents in infant formulas (IFs) from the European market were determined, and their intakes by infants between 0 and 6 months were evaluated. Total animal sterols (mg/100 mL) ranged from 1.71 to 5.46, cholesterol being the main animal sterol (1.46-5.1). In general, cholesterol and desmosterol were lower than the human milk (HM) values indicated by other authors. Total plant sterol (mg/100 mL) ranged from 3.1 to 5.0. β-Sitosterol, the most abundant phytosterol, ranged from 1.82 to 3.01, followed by campesterol (0.72-1.15), stigmasterol (0.27-0.53), and brassicasterol (0.14-0.28). AbstractThis article examines the question whether rejection experiences negatively relate to the social trust of Children Born of War (CBOW) and if this connection is mediated by sense of self-worth. CBOW is a group of people born out of relations during war- and post-war times, involving one parent being a foreign soldier, a para-military officer, rebel or other person directly participating in the hostilities, while the other parent is a member of the native population. The authors debate some aspects of the classification of the Phytoseiidae, especially the subfamily Typhlodrominae. Within this taxon, the rhenanus group is the most numerous species group of Typhlodromus (Anthoseius), with 206 nominal species. Detailed observation of morphological characters of the species in this group showed a considerable variation, suggesting the presence of different natural lineages. The discovery of the new species here described, Typhlodromus (Anthoseius) sandrae Ragusa & Tsolakis n. sp., allowed the definition of the new porathi species group. Definition of the new species group, a dichotomous key as well as the description of the new species are given.
Stigma morphology inAylosterasubg.Mediolobivia(Cactaceae) and its importance for systematic investigation

The stigma of 31 taxa of Aylostera (Cactaceae) was studied using environmental scanning electron microscopy. Seven stigma types could be defined, based on the degree of fusion of the stigmatic lobes and, when these are completely separated (types I and II), their orientation. Four types (types IV, V, VI and VII) are present only in Aylostera subg. Mediolobivia, two of which (types IV and VII) are species-specific. Stigma morphology was found to be a good diagnostic character in Aylostera subg. Mediolobivia, allowing in some cases to distinguish species that had been confused previously.
