The paper analyses the multiple tax procedures to be developed by the different bodies of the Spanish Tax Authorities (tax management procedures, tax inspection procedures, tax collection and tax penalty procedures) in the case of appreciation of an alleged crime against the Public Treasury. To attain this goal, a study of the new Tax crime configuration after 2012´ criminal reform is carried out, as well as a study of Act 34/2015.

W artykule przedstawiono reakcje różnych środowisk emigracyjnych na wybór kardynała Karola Wojtyły na papieża. Analizie poddano najważniejsze tytuły prasy emigracyjnej ukazującej się Wielkiej Brytanii, która była centrum politycznym wychodźstwa oraz we Francji. Wybór Polaka na papieża środowiska emigracyjne uznały powszechnie za wydarzenie historyczne. Niektórzy porównywali je nawet do chrztu Polski. Ta sensacyjna i niespodziewana wiadomość znalazła się na pierwszych stronach prasy emigracyjnej. Niezależnie od różnic politycznych emigranci wyrażali radość i dumę z tego faktu. The National Independent Authority for Transport, imposed by European Law and established in Italy in 2013, is characterized by using wide powers of control, regulation and sanction, which cover all transport sectors. We focus on the most productive authors and institutions and the most influential French scholars. It also relates to the academic journals to evaluate their influence. This study is based on the articles published in the four main French academic journals (Comptabilité Contrôle Audit ; Finance Contrôle Stratégie ; Revue Française de Gestion ; Sciences de Gestion/Economies et Sociétés), between 1994 and 2003 (a ten-year period) and the academic cited works in these articles.
