Abstract The main aim of this paper is to present a recent approach to literary text- the geocritical method- both from a descriptive and a polemic point of view, and, at the same time, to determine the applicability of this method and the concepts issued by Betrand Westphal on the Romanian novel describing Bucharest during the Revolution of 1989. Following the routes presented in the novels of two contemporary authors, Mircea Cărtărescu and Bogdan Suceava, I will try to propose a new method of topos analysis in the novel, which could re-evaluate the representation of the spaces caught at the boundary between reality and fiction (in the future).

The article presents the image of Poland and its politics, both foreign and internal, created by German press since early 2017 until August that same year. Newspapers issued in the Western and Easter part of the Federal Republic of Germany (mainly „Siiddeutsche Zeitung“ and „neues deutschland“) were analyzed. The goal of this article is to answer the following ąuestion: what image of Poland is created in press in Germany and are there differences in this regard between liberał and left-wing media? Schopenhauer y Gracián: Arte de prudencia y sabiduría mundana

El propósito de este trabajo es explicar algunos aspectos de la relación entre Arthur Schopenhauer y Baltasar Gracián. En primer lugar, muestro el desarrollo de la sabiduría mundana en la obra de Schopenhauer y el vínculo con el Oráculo manual y arte de prudencia de Gracián, traducido por Schopenhauer al alemán. En segundo lugar, intento hacer un balance de este vínculo teniendo en cuenta cuatro aspectos: a) la sindéresis y el arte de prudencia, b) la autarquía del individuo, c) la crítica a Maquiavelo y d) la cuestión ontológica. Por último, concluyo con algunas reflexiones sobre el moralismo moderno y su importancia para la filosofía sistemática de Schopenhauer.

Abstract Election campaigns are institutionalized conflicts which are carried out in and through the mass media. Success and defeat in these conflicts depend upon the communication strategies of the parties and on the reactions of the journalists. In the election campaign of 1982–1983, the campaign manager of the Christian Democrats succeeded in altering the conflict over the new rental law into a conflict over the credibility of the SPD‐opposition. Thus, he created a counterpart to the criticism directed against the federal government. The article discusses didactic approaches to teaching grammar that have been developed in Polish language didactics since the end of the 18th century: grammatical-normative, system-grammatical and functional. Subsequent approaches are presented in the historical order, but the considerations focus on their main theoretical assumptions, areas of criticism of previous approaches and methodological solutions developed on these foundations. The approach adopted has been defined as the overriding principle of understanding the learning process.
