β-decay ofO13

The beta decay of O-13 has been studied at the IGISOL facility of the Jyvaskyla accelerator centre (Finland). By developing a low-energy isotope-separated beam of O-13 and using a modern segmented charged-particle detector array an improved measurement of the delayed proton spectrum was possible. Protons with energy up to more than 12 MeV are measured and the corresponding log(ft) values extracted. A revised decay scheme is constructed. The connection to molecular states and the shell model is discussed.
Note on the decay of200Au

Gamma and beta rays from the decay of200Au (48.4 min) were studied employing Ge(Li) and plastic detectors in various singles and coincidence arrangements. The intensity of the β-branch to the ground state of200Hg was determined as 79%, and the disintegration energy of200Au to be asQβ=2.26 ± 0.06 MeV. A tentative spin and parity assignment of (1,2)+ is proposed for levels at 1515.2 and 1972.5 keV in 200Hg
Directional correlations of some γ-ray cascades in200Hg

Directional correlation functions of 10 γ-ray cascades in200Hg have been measured using a200Tl source and a Ge(Li)-NaI(Tl) coincidence spectrometer arrangement. Values of the mixing parameter δ for several transitions are determined, and the spin assignments for the following levels in200Hg are established (level energies are given in keV): 1029.4 (0+), 1254.2 (2+), 1573.7 (2+), 1593.4 (2+), 1641.5 (2+), 1730.9 (2+) and 1775.6 (3+).
Decay of 14.6 h90Nb

The disintegration of 14.6 h90Nb produced by bombarding natural Zr with 13 MeV protons was investigated by methods of γ-ray spectrometry. Results from singles, coincidence and anti-Compton spectrometer measurements are reported. A decay scheme is proposed including excited states in90Zr at 1761, 2186.4, 2319.1, 2739.4, 2747.9, 3077.0, 3448.2, 3589.5, 3977.1, 4232.4, 4319.5, 4375.4, 4541.6, 5060.0, 5164.6 and 5432.9 keV. Over 10 γ-ray transitions and several levels proposed in an earlier investigation are shown to be in error.
R-matrix analysis of theβdecays ofN12andB12

The β decays of 12N and 12B have been studied at KVI and JYFL to resolve the composition of the broad and interfering 0+ and 2+ strengths in the triple-α continuum. For the first time a complete treatment of 3α decay is presented including all major breakup channels. A multilevel, many-channel R-matrix formalism has been developed for the complete description of the breakup in combination with the recently published separate analysis of angular correlations. We find that, in addition to the Hoyle state at 7.65 MeV, more than one 0+ and 2+ state is needed to reproduce the spectra. Broad 03+ and 22+ states are found between 10.5 and 12 MeV in this work. Level scheme ofZr101and structure of theN=61 Sr, Zr, and Mo isotones

The neutron-rich nucleus $_{40}^{101}\mathrm{Zr}_{61}$ has been studied at the isotope separator ISOLDE via the \ensuremath{\beta} decay of $^{101}\mathrm{Y}$. A detailed level scheme has been obtained from \ensuremath{\gamma}-ray singles, \ensuremath{\gamma}-\ensuremath{\gamma}-t and \ensuremath{\beta}-\ensuremath{\gamma}-t coincidence measurements. The level structure of $^{101}\mathrm{Zr}$ is similar to that of its isotone $^{103}\mathrm{Mo}$ showing that, in contrast to their Sr neighbors, the Zr isotopes do not reach maximum of deformation immediately at its onset. The FINUDA experiment has performed a systematic study of the NonMesonic Weak Decay (NMWD) of Λ hypernuclei analizing all the data collected from 2003 up to 2007. The results of a measurement of the spectra of protons coming from the NMWD of [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] are the subject of this paper.
Decay of the heaviest isotope of neodymium:154Nd

The neutron-rich isotope154Nd has been separated from235U fission products with the HELIum-jet On-line mass Separator HELIOS and investigated by γ-singles, γγ- and γX-coincidence measurements. The Z- and A-assignment have been confirmed by the observation of promethium KX-rays and by the genetic relationship to the daughter product 1.7-min154Pm. A half-life of 26±2 s has been obtained for154Nd, and a partial decay scheme is proposed. A 40 s activity previously assigned to154Nd could not be confirmed.
A study of fusion - fission atZ= 107

An experiment was performed with the EUROGAM II array to investigate the reaction channels that are open in the fusion of a beam on the actinide target at a series of energies around the Coulomb barrier. The symmetric fission products identified from the level structures seem to suggest that a proton and neutrons are emitted prior to fission.
