Mikroservisu veidošana ar Micronaut ietvaru

Bakalaura darba mērķis bija izpētīt Micronaut Java ietvaru, tā projektējumu un piedāvāto funkcionalitāti, kā arī salīdzināt to ar šobrīd industrija populāro Java ietvaru Spring, apskatot abu ietvaru projektējumu atšķirības un salīdzinot to veiktspējas metrikas. Darba ietvaros tika izstrādāti mikroservisi ar Micronaut un Spring ietvariem, tika veikta to noslodzes testēšana, kā arī mērīts resursu patēriņš un servisu startēšanās laiks. Tika veikta abu ietvaru projektējumu salīdzinājums un novērtēta to piemērotība mūsdienīgu, uz mākoņdatošanas pakalpojumu balstītu, informācijas sistēmu veidošanai.

Mandeles un valriekstus var pieskaitīt pie funkcionālās pārtikas izejvielām, kuras satur šķiedrvielas, olbaltumvielas, minerālvielas, polinepiesātinātās taukskābes u.c. bioloģiski aktīvus savienojumus, tai skaitā fitātus. Maģistra darbā izvērtēta literatūra par fitātu ietekmi uz minerālvielu biopieejamību. Veikta minerālvielu kvantitatīvā daudzuma noteikšana mandelēs un valriekstos un to ūdens ekstraktos, izmantojot induktīvi saistītās plazmas masspektrometriju (ICP-MS).

Cellular and tissue expression of DAPIT, a phylogenetically conserved peptide

DAPIT (Diabetes Associated Protein in Insulin-sensitive Tissues) is a small, phylogenetically conserved, 58 amino acid peptide that was previously shown to be down-regulated at mRNA level in insulin-sensitive tissues of type 1 diabetes rats. In this study we characterize a custom made antibody against DAPIT and confirm the mitochondrial presence of DAPIT on cellular level. We also show that DAPIT is localized in lysosomes of HUVEC and HEK 293T cells. Bonded joints are highly sensitive to the presence of defects and to the degradation phenomena, and this aspect represents the primary obstacle to their use in different structural engineering applications. Delamination in a bonded joint represents, in fact, one of the primary, most common and insidious causes of damage. In this paper, a numerical–experimental study on the crack propagation along the adhesive layer of a bonded joint specimen is carried out. Experimental study is focused on the evaluation of the damage modalities of a bonded joint when the specimens are subject to fatigue load.
