Recent advancements in information, communications, and mobile technologies have revolutionized banking and payment services as well as consumer behavior. This study examines the continuous usage experience of mobile financial services, and especially mobile banking services, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), the context of this study. Tutkimuksen tarkoitus on kartoittaa Ikääntyvien yliopiston atk-tutoreiden motivaatiota, koulutustarvetta ja vertaistuen merkitystä tutortoiminnalleen. Motivaatiota tarkastellaan onnistumisen kokemusten kautta, koulutustarvetta vastaajien tarpeista käsin ja vertaistukea ammatillisen ja henkisen tuen saamisen kokemuksena. Vertaistuen avulla tutorit voivat kehittää omaa osaamistaan neuvontatehtävissä ja toisaalta saada henkistä tukea samojen haasteiden ja onnistumisen kokemusten käsittelyssä.
