Abstract A novel numerical method for the analysis of multilayered shells with cut-outs is presented. In the proposed approach, the shell geometry is represented via either analytical functions or NURBS parametrizations , while generally-shaped cut-outs are defined implicitly within the shell modelling domain via a level set function . The multilayered shell problem is addressed via the Equivalent-Single-Layer approach whereby high-order polynomial functions are employed to approximate the covariant components of the displacement field throughout the shell thickness. The paper concerns domestic violence (DV) and focuses on the connected criminal procedure topics. Following an attempt to define DV, the second part of the paper concerns the profile of the victim. The third part of the paper highlights two procedural issues, namely the complaint and the evidence. After that, the duty of the States to grant legal aid is considered.

Il collegamento delle indagini costituisce un modulo investigativo inedito. La disciplina madre si rintraccia nella norma di cui all'art. 371 c.p.p.. Quanto ai delitti in materia di associazione di stampo mafioso è stata prevista però in fase di indagini una disciplina specifica all'art. 371 bis c.p.p., predisponendosi un modulo investigativo ad hoc, che assurge a criterio primus inter pares rispetto a quello generale. Il contributo analizza la disciplina in particolare della competenza territoriale e delle indagini collegate, con un ultimo sguardo ai profili e i limiti di Eurojust.

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the main issues concerning conflicts of jurisdiction within the EU, also from an italian perspective . The reason of conflicts of jurisdiction’s increase lies in the non-full application of the territoriality criterion, but especially in the transformation of criminality: the opening of borders and free movement of people, as well as the using of IT tools, can cause a fragmentation, among different countries, in the commission of crimes.
