Cryptogein signaling in tobacco: in search for nitric oxide targets

Nitric oxide (NO) triggers various physiological responses in plants. Notably, NO is recognized to account for the response to biotic stresses. We previously reported that NO is produced in tobacco cells exposed to cryptogein, a 10 kDa elicitor secreted by the oomycete Phytophthora cryptogea. To decipher the role of NO, we identified and characterized S-nitrosylated proteins in tobacco cell suspensions elicited by cryptogein. Several candidates were identified including the chaperone-like AAA+ATPase CDC48 and a calmodulin isoform (CaM). High mental illness prevalence in California state prisons has drawn much attention of scholars and policymakers in the past three decades. Various studies suggest that the mental illness prevalence in prison has increased from 0.14 to 0.3 from 1987 to 2014. The problem with a high concentration of mentally ill prisoners culminated when the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) was sued for the violation of inmates’ rights under the Eighth Amendment in the early 1990s. Il presente contributo mira a esplorare gli atteggiamenti nei confronti della realtà aumentata dei docenti di scuola primaria e dell’infanzia in formazione iniziale. L’indagine ha coinvolto 299 studenti dell'Università di Palermo. Si tratta di studenti, prevalentemente donne (94%; n=281), iscritti al primo anno del corso di laurea in Scienze della Formazione Primaria. L'età dei partecipanti è compresa tra i 18 ei 38 anni, con un'età media di 20,57 anni (SD=3,4). La presente investigación tiene como objetivo el estudio y análisis del reclutamiento mediante el proceso de quintas en la ciudad de Valencia y las poblaciones incluidas en su jurisdicción durante un período que se iniciaría en 1717 con la primera quinta que Felipe V realizó una vez finalizada la guerra de Sucesión. El año que cierra el período analizado corresponde a 1762, cuando tuvo lugar la última quinta realizada antes de la instauración por Carlos III de este proceso de reclutamiento con carácter anual. Albanian house was designed in 1982 and takes its name from the one who commissioned the project from the studio of Culotta and Leone.
