Pro gradu -tutkielmani lähtökohtana on kirjallisuudentutkimuksen perustavanlaatuisimpia kysymyksiä: mitä on runous ja mikä on kertomus? Kartoitan tutkielmassani kirjallisuudentutkimuksen parissa esitettyjä käsityksiä siitä, mikä tekee runoudesta runoutta ja mistä kertomus muodostuu. Keskiöön nousee varsinkin käsitys lyyrisyydestä tekstin ominaisuutena pikemminkin kuin lajia määrittävänä piirteenä. Painoarvoa saa erityisesti lyyrisen vertailu kerronnalliseen: mitkä ovat lyyrisen ja kerronnallisen erottavia ominaisuuksia ja miten ne toimivat tekstissä suhteessa toisiinsa. Penicillium lanoso-viride AMP dezamināzes imunomodulatoro mehānismu izpēte dažādās imūno šūnu subpopulacijās

Maģistra darbā tika pētīti P.lanoso-viride AMPD imunomodulatorie mehānismi. Lai identificētu imūnās sistēmas šūnu populācijas un PRR klāstu, kas atbildīgi par AMPD atpazīšanu, ex vivo tika stimulēti perifēro asiņu paraugi ar AMPD (10 μg/ml), LPS (1 μg/ml) un Lentinānu (10 μg/ml) 4h vai 24 h. Tika veikta monocītu subopoulāciju fenotipēšana un aktivācijas marķieru (CD16, HLA-DR) virsmas un gēnu ekspresijas analīze, iekaisuma citokīnu (TNFα, IL-8, IL-6, IL-1b, MIP-1a, MIP-1b) sekrēcijas analīze. Tika veikta MR, TLR2, TLR4 un Dectin1 receptoru bloķēšana perifēro asiņu mononukleārajās šūnās. Background/Aim: Patients with an occult hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection undergoing deep immunosuppression are potentially at risk of HBV reactivation. In order to assess whether a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay for HBV DNA in serum could be used to predict the reactivation of an occult HBV infection, we performed a retrospective study in a cohort of Sicilian patients with oncohaematological diseases. The electrical equivalent circuit for a neuron is composed of common electrical components in a configuration that replicates the passive electrical properties and behaviors of the neural membrane. It is a powerful tool used to derive such fundamental neurophysiological equations as the Hodgkin-Huxley equations, and it is also the basis for well-known exercises that help students to model the passive (Ohmic) properties of the neuronal membrane.
