Tiesu praksē pastāv nevienprātība par dažādiem termiņiem, un šajā darbā autore sniedz savu viedokli un secinājumus par to, kāds būtu pareizākais risinājums dažādām problēmsituācijām. Autore norādījusi uz tiesu praksē izdarītajiem nepamatotajiem secinājumiem par termiņiem nodokļu tiesībās, kā arī piedāvājusi risinājumus, kā interpretēt un piemērot spēkā esošos normatīvos aktus.

It has already been suggested that beta-3 adrenergic (ADRB3) agonists might be of interest in the pharmacological management of preterm labor.
