Abstract In this research, scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were applied for the evaluation of surface characteristics of electrochemical (amperometric) biosensor based on two composite structures consisting of perforated polycarbonate membrane modified by carbon-nanomaterials and glucose oxidase.
