Teaching economics become part of the Lebanese education system in 2000. The short history of this field is promising because of the nature of the discipline and its position in the education system in Lebanon. Teaching economics in Lebanese schools was not created on its own, but as a part of a project that aims to reform all the programs and the structures of high schools in Lebanon that started long time ago.
