Y(4260) as a J/Sigma KK system

2009

A study of the J/ψππ and J/ψKK¯ systems, treating them as coupled channels, has been made by solving the Faddeev equations, with the purpose of investigating the possibility of generation of the JPC=1−−, Y(4260) resonance due to the interaction between these three mesons. In order to do this, we start by solving the Bethe-Salpeter equation for the two pseudoscalar and for the vector-pseudocalar meson systems using the amplitudes obtained from the lowest order chiral Lagrangians as potentials. With the t-matrices generated from these potentials, which contain the poles of the σ, f0(980) and a0(980) resonances for the pseudoscalar-pseudoscalar system and the pole of the X(3872), alongwith oth…

Hidden charm dynamically generated resonances and the e(+)e(-) -> J/psi D(D)over-bar, J/psi D(D)over-bar * reactions

2008

We analyze two recent reactions of Belle, producing DD¯ and DD¯∗ states that have an enhancement of the invariant DD¯, DD¯∗ mass distribution close to threshold, from the point of view that they might be indicative of the existence of a hidden charm scalar and an axial vector meson states below DD¯ or DD¯∗ thresholds, respectively. We conclude that the data is compatible with the existing prediction of a hidden charm scalar meson with mass around 3700 MeV, though other possibilities cannot be discarded. The peak seen in the DD¯∗ spectrum above threshold is, however, unlikely to be due to a threshold enhancement produced by the presence, below threshold, of the hidden charm axial vector meso…

Exotic dynamically generated baryons with C=-1

2010

We follow a model based on the SU(8) symmetry for the interaction of mesons with baryons. The model treats on an equal footing the pseudo-scalars and the vector mesons, as required by heavy quark symmetry. The T-matrix calculated within an unitary scheme in coupled channels has poles which are interpreted as baryonic resonances.

Isospin breaking effects in the dynamical generation of the X(3872)

2010

We have studied isospin breaking effects in the X(3872) resonance and found a natural explanation for the branching fraction of the X decaying to $J/\psi$ with two and three pions being close to unit. Within our framework the X(3872) is a dynamically generated resonance in coupled channels. We also study the relationship between the couplings of the resonance to the coupled channels with its wave function, which further helps us to understand the isospin structure of the resonance.

Radiactive decay of the dynamically generated open and hidden charm scalar meson resonances D(s0)*(2317) and X(3700)

2007

We present the formalism for the decay of dynamically generated scalar mesons with open- or hidden-charm and give results for the decay of D^*_{s0} (2317) to \gamma D_s^* plus that of a hidden charm scalar meson state predicted by the theory around 3700 MeV decaying into \gamma J/\psi.
